Hello, is it possible to integrate the new pay TV transmitter eurosport 2 HD extra into the HD + package? This transmitter can be booked via hd + since today. A part of the German Bundesliga will be broadcast there. The transmitter must be added to an existing hd + contract. To avoid confusion, I'm not talking about eurosport 2 HD which is to receive via sky. But over eurosport 2 HD extra!

As far as I know, Moderator is using only prepaid official cards, no other additional equipment.

On the right side of the page is a button "Testphase starten". Every HD+ User can test this package one month for free, so maybe Moderator can try this one?

Hello suma,
problem is related to Live German Bundesliga Football which is transmitted by Eurosport 2 XTra (Astra19,2°e, 11112h/22000, FEC2/3 DVB-S2,8PSK). Currently its not working (Oscam says "not found" on this channel, service-id 30d7).
I have not expected anything else, because this channel needed to be added in addition to the existing HD-plus package (in your case CAID 1830) which is available for ordering since today (i checked webbpage www.hd-plus.de this morning, not shown, but yet the Eurosport-2-HD-xtra option is listed) *g*.
We are talking about 45 German 1st Bundesliga games, Friday, Sunday and Monday games and the Supercup game tomorrow (but Supercup game is also available via German public service ZDF, an FTA channel/unencrypted)
Currently you can order this Eurosport-2-HD-xtra channel for monthly 5 Euro, starting in September a 12 month subscription for 55 Euro will be offered by HD+ service.
The Eurosport-2-HD-XTRA channel is new to satellite, it is available via Internet and a special Eurosport-player software as PayTV-service for some time now and also shows some other sport events. But I believe most users will be interested in German Bundesliga games (as already mentioned 45 this year as claimed on HD+ website).
I am not sure how many HD+ customers you have (or like me a customer with VIP all ultra, dual login also using HD+ services) but I hope there are enough customers that moderator see the benefit in paying 60 Euro/year to add Eurosport-2-HD-Xtra to the package on the existing HD+card.
BTW: I have a personal HD+ PayTV card for years now and use it in addition to my CS subscription here. So no really benefit but if you are an"enthusiastic user" interested in having a card you can put in your own receiver besite CS subscription it is a cheap way to play around *g* For an acceptable refund I would also offer to add this Eurosport-2xtra channel for for sharing. Currently I am using my HD+card in my receiver but I could also connect it to my Raspberry and make it available 24/7 (except Internet problems of my provider which are very rare, cable connection). Adding one channel/caid to my card should not make any problem, even if my 3 receivers are decoding dfferent HD+ channels via same card)

as already mentioned you can get a free trial until 4th September 2017.
There is no subscription or any other contract you need to cancel, the trial subscription ends automatically.
You can use the button on the website or go directly to https://www.hd-plus.de/web-shop/eurosport-paket-trial where you have to enter your HD+card serialnumber, select if you are Mr./Herr or Mrs./Frau, enter your first and lastname and emailadress twice.
You receive an email which claims you have to switch to the new Eurosport2hd-extra channel (as mentioned: Astra19,2°e, transponder 413/1043 = 11112 MHz horizontal polarization, FEC 2/3, DVB-S2-8PSK, SID 30d7/12503) and include an activation link.
On the webpage of the activation link (https://www.hd-plus.de/gateway/eurosport-paket-trial?smartcard=your-clear-smartcard-serial&email=your-email-address) you confirm again you are watching the channel (= receive EMMs via this channel *g*) and it takes around 3 seconds for activation. After all you receive 4 shared and 2 unique EMMs within 30-45 minutes.

There is monthly payment over there. So, Moderator will extend subscription every month

currently you can only pay monthly, 5 Euro/month except th current month which is free until 4th September.
The HD+ website claims, that at least starting 4th September (not available yet) you can get an annual subscription for 55 Euro/year

lets see what happens to Eurosport channel after tomorrow (trial subscription ends 4th September)
This HD+ company is so stupid, unbelievable:
Eurosport-2-Xtra subscription is announced to cost 5 Euro/month + "you need a (valid) HD+ subscription" (channels like RTL-HD, Sat.1-HD, Pro7-HD are included in standard HD+ package). By now you can order Eurosport-2-Xtra > type in your HD+ serial number which is recognized correctly and than you can order Eurosport-2-Xtra for 10,75€ = 5 Euro for Eurosport subscription + 5,75 Euro monthly fee for standard HD+ subscription (as this is required to be able to order Eurosport).
No one is asking for your current HD+ subscription which you already paid for :( in German forums I read from people who bought a new HD+ card + subscription last month and get 2-3 weeks Eurosport-trial-subscription on their new HD+card but if they want to extend Eurosport-subscription now the price 10,75€, the fact, that these people have a valid HD+ subscription (worth 60 Euro) for almost a year remaining "does not matter anymore" (at least it should not be a problem in ordering process *g*).
So HD+ support is working "to solve that problem of existing HD+ subscriptions" as obviously no one could have seen this problem coming up but customers of course are complaining. Problem should have been fixed until September but 5 inutes ago its still exists.
