I don't see that
phoboss is connected to the server.
Check the following:
1. Be sure that emulator is up and running.
2. Check if your receiver is connected to internet.
3. Be sure that LAN cable is connected to receiver and router.
4. Reboot router.
5. Be sure that in network connection sub-menu, correct nameserver (DNS) specified along with IP address, subnetwork mask and gateway. Typically, IP address is the same as gateway IP. Either, you may add 8.8.8.8 to DNS field.
6. Compare sharing settings of the receiver with those provided in My subscription sub-menu. Be sure that emulator settings were not deleted.
7. Be sure that register of letters is correct in LoGin and PasswOrD.
8. Be sure that there is no extra spaces or symbols in sharing data received in the billing.
9. Check if your IP address is banned by the server or not. For this purpose, run command line and type order "ping servername", instead of "servername" enter domain name of the server. If you get a response measured in milliseconds, it means that your IP address has not been banned by the server.
