I agree with you that you prefer some help. But we are not payment system. If you saw the Onpay reference and "To the site:

http://www.cardsharingserver.com/", it does not mean that your payment has reached the destination. It only means that THEY are going to transfer the amount you paid. If we receive any payment, it is immediately (maybe, some minutes - but not hours or days!!! seen in the billing - balance has been deposited. If not - contact THEIR support and kick their ass - by asking them- where is your payment?!
I know, it depends on the banks they contact and check when you pay. But it is always THEY (payment system), not WE- recepients, who shall care about any transfers between them and us.
One more thing. If your payment will not reach cardsharingserver.com, it will be back to your card after some time, as bank can reject the payment.
So, I suggest that you shall knock at the door of the payment system support and ask THEM to provide you with confirmation that your payment reached recipient (cardsharingserver.com). If they do not provide you with such confirmation, take some more official actions against them.
