Hi All
I know this has been a pain since paypal was dropped.
I have just funded my account with webmoney and i dont own a credit card.
join webmoney and fill in your forms to get a passport add what you call purses dollar & euro.
then go to add funds i used faster pay it quite easy you must have online banking with your own bank.
It was instant a couple of seconds

or the other method if you dont have a credit card is ukash you go to your local shop look for the sign
PP (PAY POINT) give them your cash and ask for a ukash voucher then turn it into a mastercard online.
not tried ukash but done it with webmoney
