cannot login

have had problems with my IP over the weekend and now cannot login. I assume that I my account is blocked but I have not had any notifications.  I am waiting for the engineer to come to my house and correct the problem. How do I get re-connected please?

I think, when you solve all your problems with internet, you have to try to login again. If you know that you have problems, why are you trying to log-in? I see no logics. After you correct all your problems, try again.
