In order to transfer money to other account we need to mention the account name, my question is the account name same as the login ?

Yes, but you need to specify his account name, because his login on the forum can be different from the account name (login in the billing). In this case, you need his login in the billing.

But I`m a reseller (X), and his account (Y) is in my users list.

So the money is gone.

I can't login into account Y, because he is in my users list.

Can anyone help me, please? Or tell me, whom I have to write? What I should do?

Hi,
Usually, resellers pay for their clients. For this, you need to DEtach a user from the user list, login under his account name, pay on behalf of his username, log-out, and finally, attach him to your user list again. Simple money transfer from one account to the other will not help. You are reseller!
