Violation message

I have an open box S11 on your sky 28.2e package, it is using mgcamd. I keep on getting an email saying " Your IP has been temporarily disabled due to server rules violation. You are requested to eliminate a cause of the ban very urgently, otherwise your account can be blocked by the Moderator and you will be subject to penalty." Why is this? My box is the only one using your server, I only have your line programed in once and the problem is coming from my IP address. This problem has only occurred today and yesterday.
