Dear Suma or Mod,
i has renew my subscription. I did not change anything in my config files for mgcamd.
So could you tell me why i get always a ban ?
Just a another question about the safety.
Do this forum and the server log the ips of every user and safe them ?
Or will they be deleted after some hours.

When beeing banned, you have to receive a message from server with the reason of your ban specified.

Im just asking because the cs server which i had before was busted.
I think the server location was germany or the european union.
thats the reason why im asking.
the reason for the ban is:
1) connection to the server without valid subscription (ban for violation - 2 hours)
-subscription has not started yet. You are a new client just purchased your first subscription and connected to the server immediately. Please be noted that the first subscription for new clients will be active not in 3-5 minutes, but during each full hour. Example: you purchased subscription at 17:15, it will be active at 18:00. I.е. after purchasing, you need to wait for 45 minutes before adding data to your receiver. If you have not done this and have connected earlier, your IP will be blocked for 2 hours. In 2 hours, the blocking will be removed automatically and you will be able to connect to the server. Do nothing, just wait until you are unblocked and restart your receiver or emulator in 2 hours, if your receiver does not start decoding by itself.
- subscription has not started yet or already finished You are a client who once purchased at least one subscription before. In this case, you can be blocked because one of your subscriptions has finished and you forgot to prolong it in time, or you purchased new subscription and tried connecting the server using new data immediately after purchase without waiting till 6:00 (Moscow tine) of next morning. Please be noted that new subscriptions will be active not within each full hour for the users already purchased any subscription in the past, but once per day at 6:00AM (Moscow time). If you purchased new subscription and were blocked, remove new data added to receiver and wait until the next day, or just disconnect your receiver from internet until the monring. If any of your subscriptions is finished and you do not want to prolong it any more, just remove old settings from the receiver, compare them to the settings in the billing, restart receiver and wait for maximum 2 hours when the block will be removed.
- connection to the wrong port not specified in "My subscription" section of the billing. Please compare the data from your receiver to the data from the billing. Ensure that your receiver is not connecting the port you are not subscribed to.
- login error. Extra space, wrong register of letters (capital, small). Compare the data added to the receiver to the data specified in the billing. The best option is to delete all settings and add them again.
- connection to wrong server. Please be noted that after you changed server in the billing (if you have not read warning immediately after you changed the server), subscription for new server wil be active not in 3 or 5 minutes, but within each full hour. I.е. don't be connected to the new server immediately. For example, if you changed the server at 12:03, you may connect in 57 minutes (at 13:00). After you changed the server, you may connect to the old server before it is rebooted, i.e. until the nearest 6:00 AM (Moscow time). Briefly speaking, after you changed server in the billing, you have to change the server name in emulator settings and restart emulator not earlier than an hour but not later than 6 AM in the morning. After an hour since the server has been changed, you may connect both servers (old and new), but not simultaneously. Settings shall be changed, without adding the new ones. Connection to the old server after it has been changed in the billing is severe violation of the rules. As has been specified above, IP address will be blocked for 2 hours. If you were blocked, please check emulator settings, be sure that you are connecting the right ports and right server, wait for 2 hours and everything will work again. Don't change server, stay cool, simply wait when the block is removed. If in 2 hours you see the picture on your TV for 10 minutes and stopped again, read this again from the beginning!
but i dindt change my mgcamd files. i just payed another 6 months for the subscription.
i will recheck the file :)

1. Our server was organized in 2006 (location is hidden for safety reasons)
2. When renewing subscription, make sure that you renew the day before in order the service not to be interrupted. In this case, you will not have ban because all your settings are preserved and remain the same.
If you had at least 1 hour of interruption between your subscriptions (ex. old subscription expired yesterday, new subscription started today) - in this case, you HAD to delete old settings from newcamd.list file (or whatever is used) yesterday and add them again today. Don't forget that your receiver is going on sending requests to the server even being in a stand-by mode.

I have the same question. My subscription starts today, 01.04.2012 however I received the email when I uploaded my CCcam.cfg file an hour ago. Can it be because I tuned on a channel on my dreambox that is not included in my subscription or something? I hope not.
Connection to the server without valid subscription: 1) one or more subscriptions are over; 2) one or more subscriptions have not started yet (untimely connection with your subscription which is not active yet, connection earlier than 6:00 AM (Moscow time) of the date specified in the billing; 3) untimely connection to a new server (<60 minutes since the server has been changed in the billing); 4) connection to the old server XXX after it has been changed to a new server YYY; 5) connection using wrong protocol (protocol has been changed in the billing, however, the changes have not been taken effect yet. Nearest 6:00 AM (Moscow time) has not come yet.

I changed password after first email in administration. Both attempt was from different IP (both from Turkey). Can you look at it?

1. Cccam is not allowed for use with our server (Read News and Announcements)
2. If you uploaded the file an hour ago, then provide a log-file, we'll check which time it actually was. Because if you tried connecting before 6:00 AM, you were banned.
3. Compare data given in the billing (server No.) with the data you added to your subscription lines. Most probably, that you were trying to connect to the wrong server. There are 3 servers, if you have, suppose, serv2 in your billing, the same server (not 1 or 3) shall be in your receiver settings.

Nobody but you have to care about your protection against stollen passwords. Send e-mail to the Moderator with all details you have. He will check.

I send email to mods twice, no response. But i have NOT password stored anywhere! Only in yours administration.. and after password change there was a another attempt to connect server.

i don't use CS for a months (i use it only on holidays), so i changed password only in billing.
I have not CS configured in receiver right now (not only commented config but whole line was deleted).

Why you did not configure password in your receiver?????????
In the billing, you are "A", in the receiver, you are "B". These are two different things. If "A" is connecting to "A" - it's OK. But "A" is connecting to "B" - it is other user, other password, other everything. How else can I explain you?

Because i didn't use your services since 2011-10-16..
Yesterday comes email with Notification that some IP was banned and my username was used.
Notification was about "Connection to the server without valid subscription" so i think right password was used.
I changed password in billing and another day cames same email with another IP ban.

If you don't use our service from 2011, you had to disconnect from the server, delete all settings inside your receiver or at least freeze your subscription (if you still have any). I suspect that your password has been stollen when you were disabled.

so.. again. I'm disconnected and all settings inside me receiver was deleted (not only commented), and after six months came email that someone has try connect to your services with my username.
All what i'm try to resolv is where they get my password, password was stored only in billing and forum, even after password change in billing came same email (with different IP) day later.
To get "Connection to the server without valid subscription" you need corrent password, right?

Send all your details (IP, login, password, terms of your subscription) to the Moderator. He will check. I will remined him aurally.

ok this is getting ridicilous. I've had subscriptions for 1 month and I gave up trying 3 weeks ago after I got banned 3 times for reasons I do not know. (I read the forum posts but I'm a -user- not a Dreambox Jedi)
I would like a full refund or I would like someone to show me how to use YOUR system properly.
I say your system because I have never been banned from any other cam servers I use before.
And if possible want someone to show it to me PROPERLY.
Because I have not done anything other than what is written on forums.
And I have NOT been able to watch 1 SECOND of any channel without getting banned from your servers.
So. Seriously. I need someone to show me the proper way. How does this thing work again?
"Your IP has been temporarily disabled due to server rules violation. You are requested to eliminate a cause of the ban very urgently, otherwise your account can be blocked by the Moderator and you will be subject to penalty."
And I think the awful thing is: I cant access the forum as well when I'm banned.

Maybe the protocol should not be: Newcamd525. I use Newcamd525 protocol but scared to change to Camd3 protocol.. incase i get banned.

I think new users like me should not be banned for the first month of their subscription because I have no idea where I'm doing wrong before I get banned. :o

Hi,
First of all, we do not ban, it's the server which is set up automatically and it bans for any violation.
As you probably read on the forum, there are 2 protocols used for CS: camd3 and newcamd, and 2 emulators are recommended - camd3 and mgcamd respectively.
If your image supports installation of mgcamd 1.35 - download and install it. If not, install it manually. There must be any option of installing the 3rd party emulators. If no, try to find other image supporting mgcamd. As soon as you install mgcamd 1.35, you need to download all our config files (mg_cfg, ignore, priority lists), add them to the corresponding folder of your receiver (keys or something like this) and use them. Typically, no problem occur even when people are using DM500, DM800 clones or similar.
I have no idea what else and how to explain you. Probably, it depends on the image used in your receiver. If you fail with CS on our server, then change image and try again. To blame server each time when you fail with setup is nonsense. First of all, learn your firmware and learn how to set it up properly. We are not a sharing university and provide only initial steps HOW TO. For deeper knowledge, you need to visit other specialised forums Re: Dreambox (for example).
As for newbies, everybody not only they will be banned by the server. Please remember this. For trial period, there is a 3-day test available in the billing. It's cost is 1USD. Yes, it is paid. But you will loose more money if you buy a full subscription and will not be able to set up your receiver.
As for refunds: you will be refunded to your balance, not to your credit card or whatever means were used. Please remember this as well. It means that you will be able to purchase any other subscription within our billing. Failure to set up your receiver cannot serve the ground for refund.
If you used other CS servers before, you have to know that each server has its own rules. Before bying any subscription, you need to thoroughly study the server rules (i.e. read the forum).

Suma here is what I did before getting banned 2 times today:
TSPANEL-EMU manager-MGCAMD.138 - StartRestart----Banned for 10 minutes.
deactivated MGCAMD 1.38
TSPANEL-EMU manager- Install-MGCAMD_135a_NEWCS1.67 from TunisiaSat. - StartRestart---- Banned for 10 minutes.
The message says:
Start of disability: 2012-04-24 17:10:01 CET (Central European Time)
End of disability: 2012-04-24 17:20:01 CET (Central European Time)
Reason: Frequent reconnections to the server (>10 times per 10 minutes. Make sure that your login is used only for 1 device and emulator is not activated twice, check timeout and network settings)
The problem is I really don't understand where I'm doing wrong. I installed a new image after these were happening on my old NEWNIGMA image. But they keep happening in this DM800 GP3 image as well. It's interesting.
There must be a way to test what my problem is either by testing CCCam or maybe even OSCAM / MPCS.
1 Question: If I want to use CCCAM do I have to change Protocol to CAMD3 under My Subscription page?

Сamd3 with CCCam works on my box now. Using CCcam 2.3.0
Testing various channels on Cyfrowiy ...
the server seems to be much higher quality than anything I had before.
However interestingly P0LSAT channels don't seem to work. Either im trying wrong channels or there's an issue with that.

That was your problem.
pure MgCamd 1.38 was not tested with our server.
combination of MGCAMD_135a_NEWCS1.67 was not tested with our server.
You need pure MgCamd 1.35(a)
If the image installed does not support pure mgcamd 1.35, try other image which supports it (I have Domica, read also topics on the forum, description and links are available).
Within Domica menu, you can download pure mgcamd 1.35 or camd3 - whatever you like and use them without any problem. Polsat, or Cyfra+, or SkyItalia or whatever you like...

I'm having troubles logging into my account on http://www.cardsharingserver.com/members.php
The page opens but when I click on " enter the system" nothing happens. I tried it with Chrome and IE. is it possible that I'm banned from logging in too? I havent received any ban emails recently as well so I dont know if I'm banned or not.

FYI your new system ONLY works with Firefox. I cant login using Chrome or Internet Explorer when I click on login the username-password box does not show up.
