Cyfra+ not working...banned????

Suma can you please check to see if im banned or why cyfra is not working.

i had sky italy share last month and it run out so i paid yesterday to go onto cyfra - i changed the newcamd.list file with new cyfra details and no channels are clearing?

Hi, i don't see your signature (your profile is not completed yet) - what is your receiver model, what is protocol, emulator used for sharing, what is your subscription???
Please complete your signature and provide your log-file.
To check if you are banned or not- open Black List topic and find your name. If you are not in the list, and you can easily enter the billing system - you are not banned!
Check your settings, internet connection, etc.
Finally, read the forum how to set up your device. I am not magician to know what are you using and how.
Not working - is not a description. Prove it, please!

well i havent changed anything and they all started working yesterday.... but now they have partially gone again and i only get a few channels?

this packing must be having a problem like your SKY UK package is having a problem.

I'm using a dm500s and mgcamd 1.35a, the internet connection is working fine.

its strange how the channels come and go and i havent altered anything on my box - definately a problem your end, with your card or server.
