It depends on your firmware, if the receiver can make "посылку SID". Each channel has particular SID. And the firmware shall select correct one to send request to the server in order to receive correct answer, and consequently- key. If your firmware cannot send correct requests to the server, you will not be able to receive the keys to decrypt the channel and view it.
Re: Ferguson Ariva 100 - ask support of your receiver, unfortunately, we have no information.
The best option is linux like receivers (DreamBox or alike)

hi, i got this package (UPC 19E & 1W) and i have little problem
picture freeze every 4-7 minutes for a few seconds, is there any solution?
i tried ping server in another window and there is no packet loss and latency is under 200ms, but ECM replies are between 600ms - 2700ms,
and sometime doesnt come back at all and picture freeze, after 2-3 ECM request came back reply and share work again.
I use newcamd protocol and tried software MgCamd 1.35a and MultiCAS 1.62D-B09 on AzBox HD Premium with the same results
i think this happens mainly in the evening around 17-23 CEST, but i dont watch TV in another time so much.

Hello, try to use MgCamd 1.31. If there is no improvement, return back to 1.35.
Maybe some other users with AzBox will advise you what to do.

i tried use another newcamd client MultiCAS with the same result.
Now, in the morning everthing work great, ecm reply come back stable in ~300ms so i think the problem is only in "primetime".
Is it possible that card/server is overloaded at this time (around 8pm CEST) ?

Ping ~300ms is too long, it should be shorter (maybe, twice or even shorter).

i dont mean ping like ICMP. It is OK, => round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 43.379/44.548/44.972/0.676 ms
I mean ECM reply time, now:

Ping shall not change from time to time, it shall be stable all the time.
I think, you have internet problems. Check what is the ping to the server in the morning, and in the evening.

ICMP ping to the server is around 44ms +- 2 ms whole day, i think there is no problem with internet connection.
I will check it again in the evening and make some logs for you.

Hello. Today UPCDirect added 4 new channels (3x SD Disc. and Disc HD) on Thor 1°W. When will we be able to watch them with subscription here? I mean, they will appear automatically or something has to be done or it wonґt work with current offer? Thx.

Add. I have UPC (from you) just few days, donґt know if it worked before. It is part of UPC basic packet and is the only one not working. Donґt know how this works, if you offer all channels, or if it is blocked or just some mistake in settings. Thx.

Hi suma,
I rescan and i have same problem, all other channels are working, only Romanian channels not (Antena1, 2, 3, Realitatea, HBO RO, ProTV, PrimaTV Ro, etc ....). Also all are opened with Cryptoworks. I have a DreamBox 500-s, all settings was the same as on test period, after i subscribe for 1 month i start to have all this problems. Let me know if is someting on your side (please check well) or if i have to change something on my side. Also if you can assist me to set on DreamBox.

Yes i see that channels but as i say before, on test period (2 days) i see all channels from UPC Direct without any problem and noew from few days i can not receive the Romanian channels, from that reason i don't know what was changed in last few days and why i can not get again that channels after i paid for 1 complete month.

I check from dreambox and for me the cardshering server on that port it's offline, show me are 0 cards shared also.

Also i get no replay from that server address, so please check why is not working

There is no problem with the server, it is is working OK. You are asking me to check why your receiver is not working for you? This is your receiver and you have to check internet connection, ping, tracert, route to the server. Provide your log-file to determine where is the problem.

I am new to cardsharing. Have managed to get Nova working on Hotbird using Dreambox 500s, Gemini 4.20 and Camd 3.902.
I have just brought the Hotbird VIP for 3days test and can see all sorts of long codes under my subscriptions. Do I add all of these to the same file I orginally added the C line?
Also, do I need to change to Newcamd525?

Have read all the help messages but still not able to get the VIP Hotbird settings to work.
Tried using:
Cam: MgCamd 1.35a
Config: MgCamd-config (also tried NewCamd-BetaD-config)
I added the CWS and 'Newcamd525 ports' lines to the var/tuxbox/Newcamd NewCamd.conf file
But this didn't work.
Have reverted back to original settings so I can get Nova. These settings are:
Cam: Camd3.902
Config: Camd3-config
Plugin: Camd-logCS1.36
Please tell me where I am going wrong

Unfortunately, the channel is new and is not included in our subscription. It is not possible to add the channel, our card does not support it. Probably, the channel is from Norway package, not finnish. We are sharing just finnish channels only.

I bought package skylink HD 23E CZ.
I received server data for example:

There are 2 ports.
Should I put this two lines with 2 different ports to the newcamd.list, than restart and it will works?
Or should I do something more?

Does anyone have breakdowns last few days? 1-3 seconds every few minutes? Evenings/nights.
Now, my PC is connected over wifi (home) - want to if if the problem is on my side or with service. Signal is good, speed also, no packet loose. Ping to gateway <1ms, ping to google.com 26ms.

As you can see, sometimes after "send_ecm" thereґs no DW received - thereґs where the freeze appears. Two hours ago, time was about 300ms (Nat.Geo).
Could this be related to wifi? However I have no other probs. no packet lose, speed is 54Mbps/100% signal, real speed average 1875KB/s.

Hi,
It is seen from your log-file, that your receiver has sent requests to the server 2 times, but there was no response.
Possible reasons:
1) request from receiver has not reached the server (internet problems, overloaded upload, for example - you may use torrent client and your uplink is busy so that your receiver cannot even send request);
2) timeout value is too low. Try to increase it somehow.
UPC package is not overloaded, we have reserve. This is proved by responses in your log-file - 600-700ms. If the cards were overloaded, responses would be higher. By the way, UPC works well enough even with 3500ms responses.
One more thing - nobody on the forum but you complain on UPC. It means that the reason is 99% not ours.

Yes, nobody complain (me neither, UPC works great after the september upgrade) - Iґm just asking to know if the problem is on my side. Seems so. But itґs interesting. Ofc, I test this with no down/up running, so no problem with this.
Iґm running newest ProgDVB, maybe thereґs the problem or with wifi (somehow incompatibple AP/client?).

To tell you the truth, change your DVB card - buy a good receiver and you will forget about problems with OS (XP, Vista, 7), video-drivers, ProgDVB or other software etc etc etc

I have no problems, just this. I moved to another flat and my FTTH is still in old one, so Iґm connecting over wifi to it now... Previous problem (with audio in ProgDVB resolved).

In this case, compare all your CWS lines with billing once again. Maybe some ports changed. It may happen sometimes.

It is not planned to extract D-Smart into a separate package. It is shared without any guarantee. When Turkish provider stops banning for illegal connections, maybe in the future. HD channels are also not planned.

1. Internet connection
2. DNS
3. Settings (try MgCamd 1.30)

At the moment, only Finnish channels are available and can be accessed without problem. Follow News and Announcement section. Usually, we announce on all changes on the server. As soon as NOR/SWE/DK channels appear, you will be additionally notified.

do i just past this into the 'camd3.server' file in the var/keys folder of the dm500s???

Unfortunately, SkyUK does not work with camd3 protocol. You have to change it to newcamd , receive new settings from the billing system and use mgcamd emulator. Read the forum regarding ignore and priority lists and SkyUK settings, material is available.

i have paid for 1 month of the Sky UK package.
i have a dm500s, i am running mgcamd 1.30d.
i have entered/pasted my share settings ( CWS = ххххххх-хх.хххdns.org XXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX etc) into the 'newcamd.list' file.
i have replaced the 'ignore/priority/replace' files with the downloaded ones from this forum and added the Sky UK parameters (/var/keys/ignore.list X: { 09 60 }X: { 09 61 }/var/keys/prioroty.list X: { 09 63 }).
i have restarted the cam etc many times and i cannot get the sky package, i have tried using mgcamd 1.31 and it still does not work.
can anyone help me please?

It should support as it has newcamd. Study your receiver carfully re: settings.
If it is DreamBox-like receiver- it will be easier to set it up (via PC and special soft).
If settings are entrered manually- you will face some problems to configure it properly.
Take 3-days test first to check how it works.

I see that you have very strict policy about it which I am ok as long as its good for the service quality. here my questions are;
1) my subscription is digiturk which some chanels (HD etc) are not provided but in my receiver (DM800) settings has that chanels (or other that requires other subscriptions). When I change the chanels, if I get over those chanels it will sent request to the server. is this a violation of the rules?
2) I don't zap to much but my son does? How should I prevent being banned from cascading if it is cascading?

Hi there,
As far as I know, it's the response that you get from the server that counts, not the request you send. So channels that are not provided in the package, shouldn't cause trouble while zapping.
For zapping, my solution is making favourites lists that include at least 4-5 FTA channels between two encrypted, so you'll have approx. 10 seconds for changing from one pay channel to another, which is fine. :)
Of course, Suma knows better, and he'll certainly correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, you are quite right.
The key is received every 10 sec (on average). It means that you have to zap channels at least once per 10 sec (6 channels per minute). This is not violation of the rule, it's normal.
To avoid frequent zapping, mix FTA channels with encrypted ones (4-5 FTA + 1 encrypted, etc.). I think, that is a solution.

I get cardsharing C line but i cant watch programs. I have skystar2 and use DVB Viewer pro. When i use Hadu plugin say me that my line stoped.

For technical reasons, only Finnish channels will be available in Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W (fin) and Viasat Nordic 5E (fin) packages. Transmission of the remaining channels will be notified additionally.

Why shall we check the package? If Finnish channels are not working for you, provide their names - which particular channels do not work, and log-file respectively.

I would like to know what package opens 1803 on Hotbird because I am interested in BBC Knowledge, Entertainment and Lifestyle so I bought Polsat Cyfrowy but unfortunately it only opens 1801. These channels are listed in Polsat Cyfrowy package but the CAID is different from what your package opens. Can you tell me why?
Also I would like to say that the option Price List from the CardsharingServer page does not open the pdf files that were very useful to check the transponders related to every package.

My Dreambox 800 HD PRV opens them without problem, I use ignore and priority lists from our server.

2. It was planned to complete the price list, but we renounced the idea since channels appear and disappear, transponders and frequences are changing faster than the list can be updated. We even cannot regularly update the list of channels available for each subscription and decided to delete the thread because it is not possible to monitor the changes in each sattelite and each package. If any major events happen, we just announce them in the News and Announcements section of the forum.

I have updated my profile and as you can see I use a Pinancle DVB card along with Win XP and AltDVB+CSC. When I select any of the BBC programs the displayed CAIDs are Nagra 1803 and Viaccess 0500.
In my cardsharingserver page, Polsat package is described as opening only Nagra 1801 and no Nagra 1803. All the programs in Polsat package with 1801 CAID work fine but the BBCs have 1803 and they do not open. From what I see on kingofsat the BBCs are programs from Cyfrowy Polsat but your cards from this package only work with Seca 0100.
I really have no ideea on what do I have to change to make them open.

configured everything but when i play every skyitalia channel wideo and audio hang for while (1 sec. approx) almost everytime the plugin update DW. ???
Here my configuration:
- Skystar HD2
- ProgDVB Std v.6.49.09, default config / disabled audio processor / elcart and AVCore codec
- CSC v4.0.0.1 (but nothing changes with 4.0.0.2), no other plugins
- protocol Newcamd525
- receiving DW mean time approx 350ms

Try software other than ProgDVB (DVB Dream, for example) and check if audio and video will hang or not.

Tried now but i have the same problem, when updating DW i have a little break in streaming: in DD i hear a glitch and i see some squares on pictures. :(

This is a general problem of all DVB cards installed in the PC. Codecs, operating system itself, a lot of reasons for stops and freezes.

Freezes on SkyItalia cannot be avoided, unfortunately. The package is bonus and without 100% guarantee of quality.

Use protocols newcamd 5.25, Ariva 200HD and somewhere I read that I change the protocols mgcamd 1.35, but do not know if I can do for the whole package vip-astra...? Hi, this is a problem of your receiver (firmware). For Dreamboxes, special settings must be used, but as for Ariva 200HD - ask on support forums or other users who has similar receiver.

i have a dm500s & sky uk hd subscription that works perfect with mgcamd.
i have just bought a dbox2 and put mgcamd on it and took a 3day test of canal+ fin.
it isnt clearing any channels? i noticed that when i downloaded mgcamd config file it didnt put newcamd.list into the var/keys section like it did with my dm500, so i edited a newcamd.list file and put the canal+ details on it and it still is not clearing?
i dont have to use the settings file on my 1st box do i? i can use this test on my 2nd box?
any help is appreciated.

ok, i've been trying to open Canal+ fin at 1West for 2 days now!
I took a 3day test for use with newcamd.
I am using newcamd 6.10b on a dbox2, the internet connection is working fine as i downloaded the cam with the dbox2.
I have put my newcamd settings onto newcamd.list and placed in into var/keys. and i'm just not clearing the channels - can anyone PLEASE help - its just doing my head in.

If you use your boxes simultaneously (with one and the same account) - you will see the black screen on the second box. This is the issue. You had to create second account for other box. Now, use the test subscription with your DM500 only.

I've created another account and bought another test for Canal+ on the Dbox2.
It works ok on newcamd 6.10b with the newcamd.conf file in var/tuxbox/config/newcamd for about 20 mins then it goes to a blank screen and i have to restart the dbox2 for it to work again.
is this a 5min ban??? i dont think it is because im not doing anything wrong? should i have just the newcamd.conf file with my settings in var/tuxbox/config/newcamd or somewhere else? or do iuse newcamd.list & whereabouts?

Unfortunately, I don't know this model of receiver and I have no idea where to put that file. I think you have to visit Dbox2 support forum and ask there.

There are only 2 protocols used with our server - camd3 and newcamd. Both are good but newcamd is considered the most stable, if properly configured. We recommend to use newcamd.

We have already written that in SkyUK as well as in SkyDE there are duplicated channels. Select the channels which are OK and watch them. This is an issue of duplicated channels.

Hi, only Finnish channels are guaranteed, the rest of the channels are not, i.e. they may be available, and may not for some technical reasons. Consult www.lyngsat.com for fin channels of the package.

I was really pleased to see the introduction of server2 since I had problems with SKY UK breaking up every few minutes. I was happy to switch over to serv2 but unfortunately it has been even worse than the 97% loaded server1 - the picture now breaks up at least once every minute!

I have also moved to server 2 because of sky UK freezing but it seems to be worse than server 1, SUMA what is going on. I have never had freezes like this before.

hi, i have yesterday purchased Canal Digitaal Sat 19E and UPC Direct HD (cz,sk,hu) 1W... i want only Sport1 and Sport1HD from Canal Digitaal but on the HD chanel is black screen, only the SD chanel works and in UPC there is black scren on ESPN HD, RUSH HD...but Nova Sport HD, Nova HD and CT HD works...please help me... i have Ariva 200 HD receiver and newcamd protocol THX :)

This problem is solved by changing firmware of your receiver. Look for the latest one

2 problems :
1) I made double subscription by mistake and charged double. How we can payback the half of double package?
2) The worst is this problem. I made the subscription but cannot connect. I tried set newcamd or camd35 but nothing.

Movies and sports channels are not working. They used to and you said SKY WORLD is with the package which includes movies and sports so why isn't it working. I was was much looking forward to a movie.

As was already written in the thread re: recommended and prohibited soft, you are using cccam at your own risk. We do not know how to set it up, because it is not recommended for use. Use mgcamd emulator. Read corresponding threads how to set it up.

1) The mg_cfg was almost the same, I set it for my receiver.
2) I have added the CWS lines in the newcamd.list file.
3) I upgrade with these my Amiko Alien receiver.
4) I reboot and activate the mgcamd plug in.
I use 2 files as you said and I have deleted the oscam files.
I go to the channel and wait...but nothing...it is just saying scramble...

Perhaps, the problem is in AMIKO Alien 8900 firmware. Have you tested other packages?
We created separate topics re:unlucky receivers, for example, Protek. The problem is in the firmware. So, you have to upgrade the receiver firmware, read also any information in AMIKO Alien 8900 related forums - what are the problems - pluses and minuses. Unfortunately, we can do nothing to help you with your receiver. The model is unknown. Ask technical support of the receiver only.

The settings provided on our forum are for Dreambox and similar receivers. If you cannot use these settings with your receiver, it means that something is wrong either with firmware or emulator. IP boxes, AZ boxes are OK with the settings provided. Find any information on the support forums of your receiver. We cannot advice you because we don't know this model. Sorry.

Hi guys I have read the tutorial on how to get a log file for your dreambox and I have installed 3csyslog, edited the mg_cfg and then I telnet in to the box and use the correct commands but 3csyslog isnt logging anything. I have not had ESPN at all (black screen) since I started my subscription and all sky sports channels seem to glitch/freeze every few minutes, I have wanted to post this for 2-3 days but ive been trying to get a log file cos I know thats the easiest way for you to identify the problem. Can u please help me out in some way cos I need a log file so I can get the channels I am paying you for. Thanks guys, Rob aka Insomniac

In your signature, you say that your receiver is DM500 clone. 3csyslog was written especially for DM500. Either, you haven't set it up properly, or your receiver is not DM500 clone.

It is a separate thread re: ESPN in SkyUK. The channel was extracted as a separate channel and provider asks additional payment. We are not going to add the channel as well as other channels extracted. As for freezes/glitch - they depend on your settings (mg_cfg file). Use default settings. Use also ignore-priority lists, also follow this recommendations:

Ok thanks for the reply about ESPN im glad that is clarifyed. Yes my box is a dm500 clone 100% as ive checked but 3csyslog is not logging anything, I know I have followed the tutorial step by step but it is only listening on 192.168.1.2 and I cant add or change the IP it is logging. I have edited the mg_config exactly as stated but I get 3csyslog logs nothing. Can someone please help me either set up 3csyslog properly so it can work or tell me another way to get a log off my box as it is really annoying having it freeze on the sports channels cos you end up missing goals. I think the problem is that 3csyslog is listening on 192.168.1.2 even though my dreambox is 192.168.1.5
To be honest I am confused about something what IP do you put in mg_cfg ? Ive tried entering my dreambox ip, the ip in the tutorial you just posted but still I get nothing in the logs. After you install 3csyslog, a syslog.log will be created once you set up the software. The file is being created in the same folder. It is opened with a text editor. Play with settings, put any IP of PC you know and restart the software again. Finally, it should work. I use it with my DM800HD though it was written for DM500...

The file will be created once the software is set up correctly and run. In the 3csyslog window itself, you will see the running lines. They are running as soon as the key is received from the server. What you see in the 3csyslog window, is transferred to the syslog.log.
What is written in tutorial is a translation from Russian included in the software archive.

Thanks for trying to help but it is not working correctly so I have no syslog.file. I cannot get a log file off my dreambox so I will have to put up with some channels not working until I can find a step by step clear guide to get a log off my dreambox as 3csyslog is not working for me or I somehow have it set up wrong. Anyone else who reads this and might be able to help please feel free to give any advice or suggestions as TBH I find the guides a bit confusing as they are translated from russian. Like the ip that I put in mg_cfg ive been told 3 different things to enter, 1 my pcs IP, 2 my dreambox IP and 3 leave as 192.168.1.0 (default). Cheers, Rob

The only thing I dont understand is what IP I enter cos it says enter your computers IP, do I enter the IP from my internet service provider, like the IP I would get by going to a site like whatismyip ? Also do u think it might work better and stop freezing/glitching if I install gemini enigma 4.20 instead of nabilosat ? Cos ive left mgcam_cfg as default and edited my ignore- priority list and my internet connection is good but im still getting glitching/freezing on quite a few on the channels. IP of your PC is the IP which is shown in the router. For example:
you assign 192.168.0.33 for your PC
your router IP is 192.168.0.1
you assign 192.168.0.34 for your Dreambox (or whatever receiver)
These IPs (PC and Dreambox) are assigned manually.
First time, when you just switch your DM on, you have to long press Switch ON/Off button in order DM gets IP automatically.
So, if your DM was assigned 192.168.0.33 (for example), your PC IP must be 192.168.0.34 (also, for example).
Consequently, you must know your both IPs and add them to the router settings.
In the DCC (dreambox control center - available in Dreambox utilities), to connect DM with router and further with PC and for further manipulations with DM settings, you must also manually to enter the IPs assigned to the corresponding windows. You will see it in the schematic diagram of DCC - the links will become green if the connection is right.
After this, you will set up your mg_cfg file (entering 192.168.0.33 as IP of your PC to the L {..} parameter, leaving 514 port unchanged.
In the 3Csys... settings window, you will enter either 192.168.0.33 or 192.168.0.34 (i asked you to play with IP settings), restart DM and finally you will see the lines running in the main 3CSys window. That's all.
You may install Gemini firmware, as it is the best one. Only one thing you have to find is that the imapge must contain built-in emulator (mgcamd), cause Enigma does not support emulators any more.

I dont like nabilosat and I know gemini dont do emulators anymore but ive managed to find a gemini enigma 4.20 image that has 7 intergrated addon servers so you can still download and install mgcam1.35a rather than having to having to do a manual install so I think im gonna try that image, do you think that would that be ok or does it have to have an integrated emulator ? I am not sure about built-in emulators, you have to find image by yourself. After you install it, test and write your experience here pls.

I can only see the Penthouse HD, not the Penthouse HD 1 or 2 that they stayed scrambled any time I try and they don't open. Is there a special setting that I should do?

There are 3 days past since I subscribed with the Penthouse HD for 1 month and the Lite package for 3 days just to try and see the channels.
With the VIP Lite package (3 days) and the Penthouse epackage (1 month) I couldn't see the HD 1 and HD 2.
Now I have only the 1 month subscription of Pethouse and again I can only see the Penthouse HD channel and not the HD1 and HD2.
Isn't this weird?

hi guys ive today baught the sky uk package and it will be activated at 6am russian time .Thats the easy part i have my CWS detail that i got when i bought the package but what do i do with these my system is :

1.You have not specified which receiver is used, which protocol, EMU etc. We cannot help you until you complete your signature.
2. Typically, test is taken first to check and set up your receiver. If you purchased your subscription just to have it, you are mistaken- different sharing servers use different settings for various sharing protocols, receivers, etc. To share, you are to be sure that your receiver supports the things you want.

newcamd is sharing protocol, it's OK, but you are using Cccam emulator which is not recommended for use with our server. You have to replace it with mgcamd 1.35.

It worked only on the first night, and yesterday the server is offline.
Using the protocol CCcam 2.1.3
I also tried to put cws line in the file var/ keys/newcamd.list, but does not work.
Using the plugin CCcaminfo see that all servers are offline

сссam is not protocol, it is emulator which is not recommended for use with our server. Change it and use mgcamd, and you will forget about problems.

I bought a SKY UK package yesterday (username: tkatbeh) with Newcamd525 protocol but still can not view ANY of the scrambled channels
I am using an Openbox S9 HD receiver, with an up to date software
I am using MGCamd emulator, I added the settings of my account to newcamd.list and the required SKY UK settings into the ignore.list.
I appologise for not being able for providing a log file.
is my account active at the moment? if yes, what else do I have to do to view the channels?

I have now done everything to get a log off of my dreambox and still 3csyslog logs nothing. My pc ip is 192.168.1.2 so i have put that in the mg_cfg but when i use telnet to kill mgcamd then then start it again nothing logs in 3csyslog. Also 3csyslog doesnt have a setting page so i cant change anything in there. Can somebody please help me as sky sports 1 is still freezing every few mins on every channel as i have tried all 4 sky sports 1 on my dreambox. Please please please can someone help me get a log off my dreambox even if it is through teamviewer as i know there is a problem with sky sports but until I provide a log then nothing can be fixed. My pc ip is 192.168.1.2 and I have 3csyslog installed and it is listening to 192.168.1.2 but it still logs nothing. Please does anyone have any other suggestions as I have followed the tutorial to the word but it is still not working and im still having freezing on sky sports no matter what channel I try as there is 4-5 for each sky sports channels but until I provide a log I know this means nothing. 1. You can check if your account is active or nor entering billing system. Typically, when the user is banned, he will see the message like "Your account has neeb disabled..." If not- everything is OK. Check your subscription status.

Hi, in your log it is not clear which channels is watched at the moment, there is no SID
[mg0] service 1076 index 0 pmt pid 101 (1), pids: video 0x0203, audio 0x0283 0x0297 0x0243 0x0245
Make log from the moment you start emulator or zap to the other channel in order to see the SID. We need at least 5 minute log during freezes.
In your log CaPID: 0x0514, it must be CaPID: 0x0513. PID 0514 is available on sports2 which is not working and sports4 which works OK, there is no such CaPID in all sports1.
Then, we don't like CaPID: 0x00C0 ProvID: 000000 in your log, the line should appear once, but not so frequent as in your log file. Or you zapped the channels?
Your CW1 value is the same being repeated 4 times. It must be different each time when the key is received
and so on and so forth....
So, we came to the conclusion that you stand on the channel which is one of the several duplicated... We announced in the news and announcements that of all similar channels you have to select the channel which is working OK. SIDs os the remaining channels are disabled, the only SID is left of the channel hich works OK. Rescan again your satellite and find the channel whoch is OK without freezes.

No it was sky sports 4 for that log (real madrid vs lyon) not sky sports 1 but it happens on all sky sports channels and regardless none of the sky sports channels worked during the football I even got black screen when I tried another sky sports 4 also i have tried all 4 versions of sky sports 4 and none of them worked but I just posted some of the log not all of it. To be honest this sounds like a pretty poor excuse for a problem being experienced by more than a few members. I have not changed channels constantly or zapped them as you put it cos I know that is against the rules. I tried all 4 versions of sky sports 2 that night and none worked. This problem only happens on sky sports and only during big football games so it is clearly a server problem. I will post a 5 minute log next time but to be honest I do feel this is just an excuse by claiming its my fault for zapping channels which i never do and for not providing you a 5 minute log. I wish I had been told this before i took the log as now the problem is being dismissed where as if i knew u wanted me to change channels and post a 5 minute log I would have done that as I want to watch the channles I pay for without freezing. Is the problem not going to be investigated then basically until I post another log ? Cheers, rob aka insomniac

My advice for you is to reflash image, to make settings again (mg_cfg, etc) and try again.
Moderator reply is that no problem with sky sports channels.

This seems very unprofessional as there clearly is a problem with sky sports and I have tried different images. To be honest I have already done everything you have said and that doesnt explain why it only happens on sky sports and why there are multiple threads claiming the same problem. I have reflashed my box with gemini enigma at your request set the mg_cfg exactly as you posted, i did the ignore, priority replace lists and edited the newcamd.list. I then have updated transponder list, rescanned satellite but still no change. I have done everything that was requested by yourselves but still it freezes on sky sports and only sky sports. Is there nothing you can do ? Ive just prolonged my subscription and if I knew this problem would not be sorted even after I provide 2 different log files I wouldnt have ordered 3 more months as im a football addict. I will leave your post without comments, because your log-file was commented by the Moderator. He pointed out the mistakes seen in the log, and there is nothing more I can add to his words.
He checked the channel you talk about and don't see any problems.

It is seen from the log how you zapped the channels.
SIDs - 107D 1332 1076 1078 means that you tried sky sports channels. SID 1076 is allowed on the server, the remaining 3 are not. According to your 2nd log, everything is OK ...

I did not zap the channels i will only change channel every 10 seconds so you are wrong I never and I mean never change the channel more than 6 times a minute as its against the rules. Also in the 2nd log it was freezing too on every sky sports 1 channel, I have 5 2 that work 3 that dont but even the 2 that work do freeze but i cannot seem to prove that, thanks anyway

So are you saying im on the wrong channel ? Cos it does this on all 3 of the sky sports 1 channels that work ! Serioously there must be something wrong as I get the above message no matter what sky sports 1 channel I use. I have re-scanned transponder manually and im watching the logs and im getting:

Please ask other users watching SkyUK and who is not claiming against freezed- HOW MANY CHANNELS of SkySports 1 (etc) are there in the package and WHICH ONE is right? (Parameters, frequency, etc). That is the most efficient way, I suppose.
Cause, only ONE of all channels should work OK.

As ive already stated I get this message on all 3 sky sports 1 channels, on 2 of them its say pid 0x0513 failed to decode and on 1 of them its says CaPID: 0x00C0 ProvID: 000000 Mgcamd emm stopped
So its not a case of finding the 1 that doesnt freeze, they all freeze and i know i have my transponders right, mg_cfg right and my internet connection is good. The log clearly shows that it doesnt work and it says this on all sky sports 1 channels when they freeze. I hoped that this problem could be solved but I think it is becoming clear that it cant. Please do it to my PM including server name, port No. Make it as a txt.file
I think that not all channels were scanned by receiver.

After the Moderator checked your last log, the conslusion is - your route. Internet connection is fine, but check the route to the server. During freezes, some packages can be (and ARE probably) lost. Find IPs - where are they lost and contact your internet provider.

I dont know what you mean mate, so what do i need to check ? What could be wrong ? How can i try to fix it ? Also why does it only happen on sky sports ? Cos music channels, comedy central and movies all have been fine. I honestly dont know what you mean, my internet is good my response times are good but packages are being lost ? I dont know what u mean find IPs and what do I say to my internet service provider ? I cant ring them and say my cardsharing is not working because of your internet, lol. Also I have done card sharing before on cccam only a few months ago on this connection and never had glitching or freezing. Are you sure this is what the problem is and it is nothing on your side ? winmtr_bin utility is used to check the route. You just enter Ip address of our server and press start. You will see the jumps (intermediate points from you (your internet provider) to us) and the number of packages lost (in %). Where the % is highest, that will be the reason of your freezes. In this regard, you will have to contact your internet provider and ask him - why? Or change try to change provider and check - what will be the route (and, consequently, freezes) using the other provider.

It seems most of my packets are being lost at hostedbyleaseweb whoever they are and whatever that means. I will ring my internet service provider now but what is a good legit reason for me calling ? As my internet works fine so what could I say to explain im annoyed about losing packets, online gaming or streaming sites ? Any suggestions ? Cheers, Rob aka insomniac

Check at which point (jump) (IP address) the packets are lost, and tell that to your internet provider. They know better how to resolve the problem.

One more advice: try to switch OFF your PC and watch, maybe you downoad anything from torrent sites?

No i dont use torrents or anything like that so my bandwith is not being used, it freezes even with my pc off. I will try to see what my ISP can do but I doubt they can do much, from what ive read it is very rare that ISPs sort out loss of packets. Thanks for the advice anyway m8, cheers Rob aka insomiac

Could some moderator please post the supported Sky UK sports channels please. The transponder sid/pid and whatever is needed.
HD and SD versions please.
Because at the moment I am finding it impossible to determine which are the correct ones as more than one seem to work at a time and all of them freeze occasionally.
Before you ask me for a log, please post the details for the supported channels so I can be 100% sure I am using the right ones.
Then possibly make the details a sticky to avoid any further confusion.

The site provides all data required. We announced that of all duplicated channels, only one (1) should work OK, cause SIDs of the remaining channels were disabled. If you experience freezes watching all channels - it means that you have to check your route to the server as well as the previous user with a similar problem.

I know that you are quite right and already asked the Moderator to prepare such list with all necessary information, cause it is reaaly impossible to know which of the 4(3,2) channels must work.

I have to say that UPC is not SkyUK with duplicated channels. I provided the user with detailed guide how to make log-dile. Do you know that it is not possible to identify the problem without log? Each time there is one and the same request from all users- please provide your logs. We provide the logs to the Moderator to analyse the problem (if any), and to find out whether the problem is on our side or on the user's. Please, again, provide your log-files!
Sometimes it may happen that users have the same ISP and some failures happen on the route to our server. But we cannot prove it to the Moderator until we show him your logs.

Anyway, i have been using the UK package for nearly two months now. The only two channels i have problems with are sly sports 1 / 2 SD & HD, which are very hit and miss half the time. I have tried the other duplicated channels time and time again but nothing changes. Anyway, this week sly sports 1 & 2 have been constantly freezing ! Strange when every other channel in the package works perfectly !!! I'm also on server 2 btw.

Exactly the same situation for me. I have a Spiderbox, which as far as I know does not allow one to get logs off of it. The rest of the Sky channels work fine though...

Yes I agree it is very strange as its only on sky sports so i dont see how it can be lost packets cos how come it affects no other channels ? It is only on sky sports and it seems a lot of people are having the same problem, we cant all have packet loss problems...everyone has stated that sky sports freeze on all channels whether its the duplicates or the right channels. Also all my packets are being lost from this server address (ip) not on route. Please admin/mods investigate further. Cheers, rob aka insomniac

Thank you all for your posts and replies. We'll investigate the problem. We suspect that SkyUK is using some kind of protection during important and most interesting matches, and they are adding something to their stream. All these are already and will be sent to the Moderator for further analysis to solve the problem (if any).

as such Playhouse Disney, Disney Cinemagic and some HD Channels are not working. Some Channels are working like Sky Cinema,

Its on both receivers (lines) the same Problem.

hi,
i have been having same issues with sly sp1 and less on 2 and few friend are having same problems.
one thing that i have been monitering is the server responce time when the problems start the timing is around 29/30ms on slysports1 when this returns say 150+ ms or more and upto 300ms then slysports is fine
i like to ask others on here to check and if the same is happening when the problem start. and if so could fast responce from server cause issues.

Its great to have an SID list for sky sports 1 so thanks, but any chance of an SID list for all sky sports 1,2,3 and 4 and sky sports news ? Also are you still investigating the freezing during popular matches as a lot of members have said it freezes on all sky sports channels no matter which 1 you try and you mentioned before that SKYUK may possibly doing some kind of protection during popular events . Please ask the user semiromerovic why only sports 1 was freezing for him? I remember he told that the dish was slightly moved and finally he solved the problem...By the way, I don't see his posts in this thread. Maybe, the problem was really solved by slightly moving the dish (wind reason)?

Unfortunately, much like the other users I have found that the SKY Sports HD1,2,3,4 are glitching. All other channels are fine. Sky sports is the main package for most of my clients here :'(. My SGC is 99% and SNR is 13db. I have no issues with the other servers I am using.
Can you help with this at all.

i also have the s9 but i cant see where to put the mgcamd file or where to get it from in the first place. Any help on setting up the s9 for Mgcamd would be great. i have a dm800 woring fine, i needed another box for my sons room so i went for the cheaper openbox s9 but not as easy as the dm800 to set up.

Do this to add your account details to your new openbox s9. It is much easier then a 800hd since theres no messing around with images etc.
Go to Menu
MGCamd Plug Setup
Manage Config Files
newcamd.list
Press the green button
Now youll have a window up showing you where to input your given settings
Most of the time its Single Account
Host : server of your provider
Port
User
Password
DES key
All those are provided by your sharing provider. After all these settings are inputted, just restart the box by turning it off and on.
That's all you need to do to setup your account.

I have a sky uk subscription and espn wont work, is there need of another subscription to get ESPN HD and espn america?

Hi, ESPN is not included in the SkyUK package, it is a separate subscription and they demand extra money for it, we have already discussed this issue.
Additionally, ESPN America and ESPN classic are included in SkyItalia (13E) (bonus to VipAll), ESPN Classic is available in Polsat Cyfrowy (13E). As for other packages, consult http://en.kingofsat.net/find.php?question=ESPN&Submit=Zap
and find out where else the channel is included.

You are welcome. But I think that the package will be only reduced further (not extended), because as i told before- we don't support it any more. We are just waiting when our official subscription is finished, and the remaining working channels will disappear.

I'm quite new to card sharing, I purchased a dreambox 500s around 4 months ago off ebay. It came with pre installed jade pli image running cccam. It was all set up with a card sharing server already so I havent had much experience in setting things up myself. I am thinking of moving to a different server, I have purchased a months subscription from here to try it out. I have some questions so I can start with the new server.
1 - to change to the new server do I just delete the C-line from the old server and input the new one and that is it?
2 - At the minute I receive channel list updates that I FTP over to the dreambox in order for the bouqets to work and be up to date. What will happen with the new server? Do I need to download different updates?
If someone could answer these questions that would be great or point me in the right direction thanks

Hello, as our server dos not support cccam, we have no idea how to set it up. You have to ask your question on the forums with cccam support, sorry.
The most of our subscribers with DM use Gemini Enigma and newcamd or camd3 protocols.

The whole point of a forum is so that you can ask for help/information and you don't have to spend hours trawling through the internet. I have spent time reading and searching on this already. I am a member of dozens of forums regarding many different things, I cant spend my whole life reading every different forum that is why I asked for the information instead. Sorry if I sound lazy but I simply just don't have the time. I would be very grateful if you could just tell me or provide me with a link where I could read a thread on the setup. Thanks :)

For those who is using Mgcamd emulator:
To receive HD Plus and Polsat Cyfrowy packages, replace F: { 01 } parameter with F: { 00 } in mg_cfg file.
Add the following entry to the priority list:
# Polsat Cyfrowy+ 13E
N: { 18 03 }
delete S: { 00 68 } from priority list, if any.

According to dreambox edit when I load my services the numbers suma gave are something to do with the service reference. The numbers I have given are the SIDs associated with the services refs from suma list. At least on my box.

Guys, everyone of you may have different receivers and the SIDs can be reflected differently for you as well. I provided the SIDs given to me by the Moderator. So, they can be good for Dreamboxes and are not good for other receivers, I have no idea. But with these SIDs, all the remainig users watch sky uk and we hear no claims from them. It means that you have to learn your equipment better and adjust them to use our service. It does not mean, that we are too bad and our configs are not universal. Nobody tells about it. But, please understand that we cannot support every receiver manufactured yesterday or the day before. We use the settings suitable for well tested models only and provide them to the others in order to adjuct your receivers for our service.

NRK are not Finnish channels (means- without guarantee). Only Finnish channels are guaranteed.

Still not reply on my account problem, the account was blocked, i think it was because i was changing my Dreambox 7000S image, from OpenPli to Edge-Nemesis 5.0 , but it might have trickered a viallation of the rules if the dreambox switching off and on the Camd3 some times doing this installation, i have now moved back to OpenPli since there was no problem with that image.
Could you try check if the moderator have got my email or not ?.
Of course i dont mind paying any penalty fee for this.

Hi, nobody did nothing with the package. It worked in the morning and it works now. Probably, you are using not recommended EMU, that's why you are experiencing problems. I don't know your equipment, emu, protocol etc. You have not completed your signature yet.

I am using your sky italia package for my customers on various HD receivers.
Strangely enough, DM 800 HD clones do NOT clear SKY Italia HD channels at all (Gemini 5.1, sim2.01, mgcamd1.35a).
Other HD receivers I use (still mgcamd1.35a), clear sky italia HD PERFECTLY.
Any suggestions, please ?
