interkassa insufficient message

hi ,
ive been trying to extend my membership by paying through interkassa ,it takes my card and phone number ,but then it says insufficent message and the payment doesn't go through ,
i m getting all the other steps without any problem ,
is there any other way to pay from west Europe
dont want to pay a hefty commission though

Use very first option
Primary merchant for Visa/MasterCard (via SecurePays merchant)
