Eutelsat 36B has coverage for istanbul?

For Eurosian beam answer is - im not sure- YES,
For Russia beam answer is- im not sure- NO

thank you,  looks like i need minimum 2meter plate in istanbul.
Can i have your idea- advice? you know where is istanbul, its a little bit out of coverage, is it possible by 1,5m or 2 meter of plate? what do you think?
