All channels not working after Internet Provider change

I changed internet provider and none of my channels are now working. When I noticed this behavior I also changed from the old server to one of the new recommended servers. The newcamd setup indicates 2 new parameters need to be configured i.e. wan cardserv. My decoder does not have a facility to configure these 2 parameters. I can ping the new server when connected to my new internet provider. Any suggestions?

Very strange post.
You are posting in Sky UK HD + ViewAsia + ZeeTV 28E subforum, though this is not a problem of our server that your receiver does not work with new internet provider. This is a network configuration issue.
You have not specified neither your receiver model, nothing. We know only that your receiver does not have a facility to configure 2 parameters.
You will have to wait looooong when anybody on the forum will give you some advice.
