Viewasia ???

Hi Suma my customers have since 3 days problems with viewasia and today is just working 1 channel (AAGTV)
please check this.

I have the same issue; I am using Nabilo MX image with MGCamd 1.35a and for the last 3 days only no View Asia channels are coming. At times some of them do come only in the day time but very patchy. Is it a known issue?

ZeeTV and View Asia are free bonus to SkyUK package. This issue was discussed many times.
Please refer to News and Announcements where you'll see that

Additionally, ViewAsia and ZeeTV are included as bonus.

Hi Suma the problem is my customers are all indian and they have paid for the indian channels i will get big problems when the channel dont work. why you dont make a pakage with viewasia and zeetv.
Please check what the problem is.

Before purchasing a package, you HAD to read thoroughly what is 100% guaranteed and what is not. We don't care who are your customers - Indians or Chineese. This is a lesson for you, not for them...
The package will be fixed asap, but we cannot guarantee a stable work of these 2 packages inside SkyUk. Tell your clients this information please and be patient.

Why has Zee cafe NOT been working ONLY during cricket matches?

I have read you reply to Djinder.
Is there any particular technical reason why you cannot guarantee ViewAsia?

It has been working for 99% of time. It has only let me down last Friday & Sunday during cricket games. I am curious to know why during cricket games only?

I have no idea about terms and conditions of View Asia card purchase (maybe, it's a part of SkyUK card). Anyway, Moderator tells that 2 packages inside SkyUK are bonus and comes without guarantee. That's all info I know to the moment. If you need detailed reply- you may always send e-mail to the Moderator and ask him. Unlikely that you'll receive full answer.

I did and I did not get full reply -
So I rephrased my question then I recieved autoreply- Moderator on Hols so contact forum, Suma, etc for answers until 8th June.
