hi
all polsat chanellels are gone one after another.  plus im not sure it is a part of polsat pack but some time ago few programs for children were gone
including CBBces, babytv and
im using Nbox ITI5800s with enigma 2 software.

can you advice asap how to fix this problem

device :  Nbox ITI5800s
soft : enigma 2 
all plugin and software upadated to last version
emu : mgcamd_135 (only one in use )
plu in : Cross Epg, DeepStandby, DiSEqc Tester, Media scanner,

all issue as above

if there is anything else you need to know let konw
i dont know how to get logfile

Hello,
I checked the channels you specified above.
BBC Cbeebies is working and is decoded with Conax encryprion (NC+)
Baby TV is also working and is decoded with Seca encryption (NC+)

thy does not working anyway.what i have to do to run them back. this connax and seca is kind of software

and what with lots of polsats channels, and few more chanells does not working like ScFI Polska,polstat\ polsat news\ polsat film\tvn24bis\BBC livestyle\ Ceebibis - instead fo ceebebes i have got some chanell with russian soaps tvsales and other wirdstuff,\ baby tv instaed of of this ihave ukranine 24 !!!
 
 on some of fail channels thereis an popup --  (SID not found in PAT) i have no clue what does it meant.

please advice

1. Rescan satellite
2. All the above channels are working (I am checking with port XXX16)
3. SID not found in PAT means that the channel does not exist on a given frequency (maybe does not exist at all), that's why rescan satellite
4. Conax and Seca are encryption types, not software. If you use forum, please get familiar at least with CS terms...
5. Finally, if the channel does not exist at all- this is Polsat problem, their policy is to remove all SD channels and leave only HD channels in the future. Maybe, they are doing it right now. Better, look for some Polish forums and read the discussions there. I think, you will get more information.

hi
all the lost channels are HD,  satellites has been rescan few time in the meantime,
all available soft has been updated to last version.
nothing helps channels still does not working
any other idea how  to fix it ?

I have no idea how to fix your problem. You have to find any support of your NBox or wait if any user having the same receiver will reply

You should learn how to use dreamboxedit to update your satellite.xml file, rescan and add channels from new frequencies.

Do you know what is manual scan? Scan satellite not in automatic, but in manual mode.
Also, update your satellite.xml file if you have access to the receiver folders via FTP or from flash.
