Two days ago I subscribed to an additional service (Viasat Nordic). Yesterday I connected to the service but could not receive the expected channels (Viasat XTRA PL1-8 etc.)
Why then was I suspended from the service today with the reason, "Connection to the server without valid subscription".
I have two valid subscriptions, although one of them does not appear to work at all. I have checked and rechecked my settings but everything should be fine, but no Viasat and please, tell me why I was suspended????

Viasat XTRA PL1-8 are not included in the finnish package.
"Connection to the server without valid subscription" means that you have some mistake in your settings. Check user name (capital letters etc) - maybe you put the wrong info in the CWS line
(Daytona and daytona is not the same)
Check and recheck again and again.

OK, thanks for the info. I've just checked and everything is correct now, but it's possible I made a mistake last night.
So, are the Viasat XTRA and PL channels available on any of the subscriptions?

No, they are not finnish channels. We have only Viasat baltic, but i think they are not included neither.
