BT Sports channels showing no signal

Hello...

My BT Sports & ESPN channels are showing no signal but all my other channels are working as expected. I have tried rescanning the channels into my F5 box but still nothing.

Is there an issue? They have been down for some weeks now. My friend is always getting the same problem so i know it is not just my setup.

Sorry? I'm a little new to this. What do I need to do to my f5 box to show BT Sports 1& 2 and ESPN again.

You need to re-scan satellite, the channels moved to another transponder and changed their frequency.

I'm still having trouble.

I have a skybox f5.

I go to menu, then sat list. Sky uk appears in the list. I then do a blind scan on sky uk satellite. All my channels are scanned but then bt sports 1&2 and espn say no signal.

Can you give me instructions on what to do please?

Hi,
Please find support forum of your skybox f5 and ask there- how to scan channels manually.
I gave you parameters of the channels, their new frequency.
Unfortunately, we are sharing server, not skybox support.
Or wait for other users who has skybox receiver to help you.

Not working for me, too.
Reason is these channels (BT & ESPN) have moved to other satellite - to Astra 2F. Transponders from this Astra 2F have much weaker signal in the continental Europe. A wider satellite dish is required or check of current setting is needed (even this is not for sure to help).
I will have to try, as well.
