some programs not work

Hello I payd for skylink sk/cz pack and after few day I missing programs like NGC Viasat Nature, Explorer, History , Reality Kings ... My cryptoboc have no signal on this programs. Have somone any idea? thanks

Rescan satellite and fine tune your dish. No signal means that channels (probably) moved to other transponder.

Hi Suma,

I have same problem. Everything working well - i have signal, i had rescan satellite, i changed protocol but some channels are  locked (NGC, discovery,viasat,criminal inv.)

Can you help me with it.
