All encrypted channels on frequency 12148 H. not opening even after rescan.  So no Eurosport or sky sports news also no sky Atlantic

Is Sky Sports 4 affected by this also? Works fine on Irish channel but UK channel isn't working.

How do I know if Sky Sports 4 is affected or not?
You have not provided any detail of your statement- any log-file?
User "watsupdoc" does not exist in the billing.
