Hi,
I have checked your statistics for today - no connections were registered from your IP with your login. Check internet connection, check emulator- whether it is active or not, check also whether your receiver enters internet or not.
General problem - your receiver's internet connection.
P.S. In DNS field, you may add 8.8.8.8 and try again
Possible reasons:
1. Be sure that emulator is active in your receiver
2. Check internet in your receiver
3. Be sure that LAN cable is connected to the receiver and router
4. restart router
5. Be sure that in settings (LAN connection), nameserver (DNS) is correct in addition to ip address, subnetwork mask and gateway. Typically, this is the same ip address as in the gateway. Or, add 8.8.8.8 to DNS field.
6. Compare settings in your receiver and settings in your billing page ("My subscription"), be sure that emulator settings have not been deleted.
7. Be sure that letter register is correct in your login and password (CapiTal letTers and SmaLL LetteRs)
8. Be sure that there is no additional spaces and other symbols in connection data
9. Check whether you IP is not banned by server. For this purpose, run command line on your PC with order «ping servername»; instead of servername, add domain name of the server. If you get a reply measured in milliseconds, your IP is not banned by the server.
