Sky Deutschland - some channels stuck / freeze

Hi,

since yesterday, some channels are stuck / freeze.
At this moment you can see it on Sky Atlantic HD, last night on cinema HD.
The issue occurs on dreambox and also on DVBViewer with Acamd.

Till now your service was excellent!

Oscam is not used with our server. Use Mgcamd 1.35a which is recommended or CAMD3. Acamd is also under the question. Recommended plugin is CSC (various versions).
To analyse the issue, please provide a log-file from DM

I´m sure, that the problem does not come from acamd or oscam, because the issue occurs only on some channels (e.g. Atlantic HD) and only since yesterday.

i freeze by many channels like sky and hd + every five minutes sometimes only every half our.. i think the setting are all right..  the channel national geograpih as sample freeze yesterday on server 5.. now i have changed to server 2.. Did you know what i can do ? I Install all like the instruction in forum incluuding ingore list.. I use newnigma image...

Use other image, check your internet connection. There is no problem with SkyDe and HD+.

Ok thx.. wich image did you prefer ? I Use newnigma2 3.2.2 .. this is the actual... Other user how use newigma in Forum and have no problems?

domica image has a problem with wlan.. Wlan is not recognized..maybe i can try another cam ?

Typically, default settings are used in newcamd.list and the first two lines look like this:

CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300
CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 12000
No extra lines after, but CWS...

Try to change your newcamd.list, restart emulator and try again.

hello suma i use your Setting from Forum.. now i have changed and restart the newcamd.list , but ist still freeze after a few minutes.. if i changed the chanel, it works for a minutes fine and than the chanels beginn to freeze.. can i use cccam ? at the Moment i use mgcamd 1.35a.. or i Need to install gemini and not newnigma Image.. so i have 3 user on cardsahring Server.. all have the same Problem.. what can i do ?  all have a dreambox and newnigma Image...
