CCCAM Setup?

I have all the equipment I need, I just need some assistance on inputting the details into the CCCAM settings.

I have a Spiderbox HD9900, with a motorised dish.

I know how to access the Network settings page, but just need to understand what goes where?

Once I sign up, I need to know how to enable my system - help
