Hey there,
I startet today my service for ORF TV from Austria, but it doesn't work.
The test on Astra28E works fine, but ORF is dark all the way.
Even due to the circumstances that I entered the port files after 6AM Moscow time.

1. your equipment (receiver, DVB card): Dreambox 800 (original)
2. protocol: newcamd
3. subscription type, and : 1 month for ORF, 3 days for NL Canal digitaal
4. emulator used for sharing (mgcamd, cccam or other). mgcam1.35a
5. Log-file is required. : unfortunetly I have no idea and get no information how to produce one.
BUT, maybe some other infos:
in my newcamd.list are several entries from other sharing-server. Everything goes very well. Even if I copy die testline from your server inside the newcamd.list (for example: Disc.History für 28.2), it opens the channel. But with the subsciption lines happens nothing..
CWS = serv2 53697 6874893 8992365 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 (testline - went ok on sunday)

so every line has the same structure.

Have you deleted your test line after you purchased new subscription? have you received any e-mails from the server?
I need your log file to analyze the problem.
Which firmware is used?

if you are using Mgcamd why dont you use a Softcam.key-file for ORF channels ?
works for ORF including HD and AustriaSat SD channels (including Hustler and Dorcel, but Planet only during the day from 6:00 to ~22:00)
because the old hacked cards will be switched until mid 2014 there might be 1-2 code changes but it will run on Softcam-keyfile for that time

We never recommend using Softcam.key as it is preventing your receiver from sharing. It interferes normal sharing process and users may experience freezes or picture loss when using both emulator and softcam. That is why we insist to delete softcam ALWAYS! If you want to use sharing - use only emulators (mgcamd, camd3, cccam or whatever). If you want problems - use softcam.

Just only to the matter of fact - ORF is not on 28E as you mentioned, but 19,2E. I do not know, if it was only your writing mistake,or if you really were looking for ORF on 28E.Good luck.

We never recommend using Softcam.key as it is preventing your receiver from sharing.

I use Doscam (Oscam with emu/Softcam.key support) on my Coolstream box and all "my clients" are using Mgcamd with Softcam.key-file on Coolstream and Pingulux receivers/Neutrino or Dream800/Enigma for several months and we have not experienced any problem.
I think it might be a problem downloading and installing a keyfile from any server because most of them include obsolete keys but creating a keyfile with valid 0D05 keys only should not interfere with other cs-lines

Jogi, if you know how to use softcam.key, it's not a problem. But a lot of users are not even aware of the problem that may ba caused by the file. So, for newbies, we recommend not to use softcam. If it's OK for you, no problem. In this particular case, i was explaining to iv119 who even does not know from which satellite the package is shared.
