skysports2 not working

hi i have openvix hades .... ccam with dual server subscription

i have problem when i goto skysports 2 its blank all other are ok and movies ext just sky sports 2

......................

also first time here on forum and not sure if i should ask this here or not but

first time i set up dual tuner box zsubmitter s2

twin tuner and i paid extra for the dual package however....

when i login the your website ... i click connection history and says

Number of requests from different emulators (receivers) on the right

....................................

i only have 1 ccam emulator active and also 1 box uses this account login

i am confused and i dont want my account banned

............................

so 2 things sky sports 2 blank and the connection warning issue please

Hi,
Without log-file, it is not possible to understand where is the problem (if any). You are using new image, and Cccam emulator. Find support forum (service, etc) of your receiver (and especially, image) and learn how to make log-files using Cccam emu. After you provide the log-file, we'll continue discussing the issue.

ok i will try find out where the log file is on the openvix image

what about the other issue as i dont want to get banned (connection warning)

As I have already told you, without log-file, it is not possible to find out what is the reason for your other issue. Look through the forum and you will understand that SkySports2 is working. Read the very first topic of the sub-forum and check frequency, sids, caids etc spesified there
