Hi there
I renewed my subscription a couple of days after my old one expired, so i lost access to the premium channels which is understandable. I then renewed three days ago but as of yet still have no access.
I am using Newcamd525 on a skybox F3 and have purchased the SkyUK package. please advise if possible. thanks

Have you checked and compared the ports and server available with the ones given in the billing? Maybe, something has changed?

yes i've checked, even deleted the old newcamd and added it again just in case, rebooted the system a few times but still nothings coming up.

When should your SkyUK subscription start from?

original sub started on 20/01/2013, this time it was renewed on 19/03/2012 for 4 months, so in total $31.04 was paid.

I will ask you again about server No. Have you checked and compared it with the billing?
One more thing, in newcamd.list settings, you need to check - what is your server and how it is written - numerically or in words? If in words (servX.cc), try to replace with numbers (check the billing). Restart emu and try again

hi, not sure if i can write the details here so i won't but everything is as it should be on the my subscriptions page.
server is written as serverX.cc but cannot see anything else on the billing page? i have replaced the X with the number that should be there as on my billing page but cannot find anything else.
port, username and password i am sure is correct. is there any other server i can try?

P.M. Check your registered e-mail. Moderator made mailings with notification that instead of server name, users shall use server IP in some cases. Maybe, your case is the case he meant. Server IP is specified in the mail you HAD to receive a couple of days before.

How do i find the server IP? I have received no emails from any mods apart from the notifications of expiring sub. Went to a call out and just came back, still showing scrambled.
If I could get the server IP i can maybe give that a try see if it works.

found the IP address of the server on the Servers page, changed it from serverX.cc to the X.XX.XXX.XXX but still nothing

Please check if you are using the latest firmware and check also your settings again and again.

Dear Moderator,
I have the same problem. I had valid subscription util 21 of March. 21 I bought new subscription for new provider (Hotbird vip) and it should be valid from 22 and nothing works. There is an information: NO PARSE CAN NOT EMU.
I wrote an email to the mod but with no reply.
I have DM 800 HDse, Domica image, newcamd, MgCamd 1.35. and till now it wored great.

I have one question, if I factory reset my box, obviously the channel list will be deleted, where can i get another one from?
Because I have no idea what else to try and will just have to try this now.

Did you ever used receiver before? By the way, complete your signature: what is receiver, subscription, emulator, protocol, etc. I do not know what we are talking about. Or you think, you entered the school for newbies?

Everybody who is trying to connect an old IP (old server) are required to change server No and IP of the server. All this information was e-mailed by the Moderator to the email addresses provided by you during registration on the forum ans is also available in the billing in My subscription section.

do you know what date? it may have gone into spam for me, although i doubt it due to the fact that i get all the other ones about sub expiring and the rest.

I have checked the spam folder and there is no information from admin. I sent email with my log data to the address moderator@cardsharing.cc askink for help but since two days I got no reply.

If that does not help, check what is IP address of serv2 and replace serv2 with IP

Just wanted to let you know everythings working fine. It wasn't anything to do with the router as we suggested.
I just did a factory reset, uploaded a new image of channel lists and it seemed to jump start it back into action.
Thanks for wasting all that time with me on the weekend.
