Next 18500 HD + PLUS

I have Next 18500 HD + PLUS receiver, it's not linux based, and I can't change any config files inside like in DreamBox.
The thing is that I had a test with newcamd in serv2 and everything was ok 1 watch Pervy Kanal for more than 3 hours without any problems and freezes, and yesterday I subscribe 12 months to Raduga TV, with newcamd, but I already get 2 bans, from the server because of damaged ECM packages, or DEC Key. As there is written that, 90% of the cause of this is bad internet i check my internet speed, and call the internet provider, and everything is ok. 2 Mbs Down/512Kbs Up ADSL connection should be enough I hope.
After I enter the newcamd server information that was provided to me, the scrambled channels open without problem for a 5 min. and then freeze, and when I check the newcamd configuration I saw that I'm still connected to the server but, CA Id which was Irdeto now disappeared and at it's place is written None.
I don't know what should I do. Should I change server3 to server2, or is there any other way to solve this problem.

Hello,
Please check connection with server - ping and route. If it fails, change the server. Also pay attention that torrents (if used), are getting ALL traffic. If you use torrents and download something during watching TV, disable them.

Thank you for the fast repose to my message
The ping is Ok, and I don't use any torrents and etc, even I connect directly the ADSL modem to the receiver, so the internet connection to be used totaly by receiver to connect to server3 , but same problem happens.

Also I the receiver has support for CCCAM, but I don't know exact version etc. details. Should the problem disappear if i switch to CCCAM protocol.

ping is Ok

You need to check the route to the server (use winmtr software) and look where the route is broken (if u see it).
If you noticed that the route is broken somewhere, then the reason is in bad internet. It does not mean whether you have 2Mbp/s or 10. Important is the route provided by your provider to our server. Yesterday, it was clear and you did not see any problems. Today, it can be broken and you have to press your provider. But first of all - check it.

One of the possible reasons for your ban can be firmware of your receiver.
To study your problem, we need a log-file.
