MTV Hits not decoding

Using Openbox V5S with Mgcamd. Subscribing to MTV (Viacom) 19E. The other 5 are fine.

Thanks for your prompt reply. No joy though. Neither work. If I remember correctly, only one worked previously. Is there anything I can do?

First of all, rescan satellite (maybe the channel changed frequency, etc.)
If you fail, visit support forum of Openbox (maybe, you will need to upgrade firmware).

Thanks. I've rescanned and there are no new freqs for MTV Hits. I've also tried my old Technomate and got the same, 5 of the 6 channels open fine. I'm at a loss.
