Openbox X3 problems and solutions

Hello,
 Openbox x3 is a great box and works wonderfully what i dont get is it opens all the channel on sky uk without any problems but the sony tv asia channel tend to open most of the time but then becomes scrambled while all the other channels work great all the time.....!!!! its really strange and im on server1 ...so is this a box issue or server1 issue as im only having issues with sony tv asia and not any other channels.
