Openbox S10

Hello I have an Openbox S10 and I'm trying to find the sky germany channels when scanning the satellites...Even though I search on 19.2E I only find the FTA channels (of course I deactivated the "only FTA" option). Are they hidden or something? Does anyone have a clue on what I have to do? BTW when I import a channel list with german channels, no channel of them will work (not even FTA ones) the only way to see the channels is to search for them.
