Please provide the log-files and check your logs when the freeze occurred.

Also, specify the channel(s) which are freezing for you. Or, the whole 2 packages are freezing? What shall we check?

Sorry, I can not provide logs right now (TV occupied by children) by I can confirm frequent freezes on SkyLink 23.5 HD - almost impossible to watch today. Especially on MiniMax CZ (12070 H) and Nickelodeon (11798 H). Everything was alright yesterday.

A problem with the servers.My Settings function smoothly to today.Freezing all channel on VIP CZECH.Irregular freezing the image.Yesterday everything function smoothly.
Where I find log files in oscam ?

OK, we checked UPC, it is really freezing, as for SkyLink- I cannot check it. However, the Moderator is notified on the problem.

These lines do not make weather, they are not important. You have to pay attention to the response time from the server and to the keys received. In case of freezes, the response time will increase or response from the server will not be received at all.
Interval when keys are received varies depending on provider (package) - 7-10 seconds. You have to pay attention to the time when the keys were received. All other things like those lines are not important.
From your log-file, it is clearly seen that keys are received strictly in 10-second interval, not earlier, not later. Every 10 seconds. And this is the main thing.
If you have real freezes when watching TV, make log-file during freezes. You will see quite another picture and your log-file will look quite the other way.

today i bought new VU+ Zero and put in VTI 8.2 with CCCAM 2.3, then i put CCcaM.cfg with parametrs what was writen on my subscription, but when i check after cca 3 hours server statistic i have Number of requests from different emulators (receivers): 15. But there is only my IP and i have only 1 satelite. Please Can you help me? Thanks

Install OpenPli image, use Cccam 2.3.0 emulator, use our default settings and everything will be OK

Then i copy you settings from your server to folder etc/ to CCcam.cfg...... I don't know where is the problem. But i checked server history and there is only my adress and i have only 1 satelite :/

In your settings, delete backup server
or
ask your internet provider for static IP.
If the second advice is not possible, delete backup server and restart emulator. The problem is in your IP which is changed every time. 2 servers think that connection is coming from different IP addresses. Statistics is accordingly

From yeasterday i have static IP but problem is still there :/ i try mgcamd but when i use mgcamd then Satellite very often frozzen :/ CCcam work great but on servers are today 14 request from other emulators :(

Today stop working paid programs on skylink, works only commercial tv which is standard like Prima and Nova. But Hbo, discovery, eurosport, history and 70% more not working! Pls fix

HBO channels - HBO HD, HBO 1 and HBO2 - failures.
First 2-3 seconds ok
next freezing screen or "no signal" or "scrambled channel"
I am using cccam. Other channels on the same transponder - the same problem (NGC, Spektrum, Nat Geo HD, Nat Geo Wild HD, ...).
There has to be problem on transponder site. Do you agree?

Which version of Cccam is used? We recommend using Cccam 2.3.0

:( I know about this recommendation ... but there is probably some barrier on my receiver. I am using AB CRYPTOBOX 652HD (650HD) with cccam 2.1.4 and I do not know, how I can upgrade it on higher version. There are no fw or patches, weak support.
Okay, you are sure, that it is a problem specifically with cccam version. I try do something with it.
I tried to switch on mgcamd and it was the same.

Look at the date when last messages re: SkyLink HD were posted and you will understand that there is no problem on the server https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=34231.0. We are not going to adjust server under our users. Users have to adjust their equipment to be compatible with our server.
