First, those users who requested the package to be included in the total list of our server, will test it as much as possible. We know that VIP ALL is the most expensive package of all available. The final decision will depend on how many complaints and claims are received from the users. If everybody is satisfied with the content of the package and the quality of its sharing, the package will be extracted as a separate one. Everything depends on YOU. I saw at least 5-6 requests on the forum. We'll see - how many users test the package, and take final decision.

Dear Suma,

thank you for Dsmart package, on weekend, i paid for 3 days test just to check it. However, (correct me if i am wrong), HD channells are not included, besides, Movie channells (Sinema) were not included either. For the viewers, these are the most important channells, because most of the remaining channells can be viewed without problems. I hope to see this package as full + HD, and as a seperate package. Keep up the good work.

The package includes basic subscription+Sport. HD, PPV and Cinema channels are not included. This is only test and we must be sure that everything included in the subscription can be shared with appropriate quality. If the number of users andthe sharing quality is sufficient, the Moderator will take his future decision.

In the "packages content" part of the forum there is written :

"Having subscribed to Arabesque package our subscribers will get the opportunity to receive sport chanels from Al Jazeera package:
AL JAZEERA SPORT1
AL JAZEERA SPORT2 "

There is 4 channels on Al jazeraa sport package and they are Al jazera sport +1,+2,+3,+4
And there is no AL JAZEERA SPORT 1 , AL JAZEERA SPORT 2 on Hotbird. How can we watch these channels? or These channels are same channels.

I want to know that with 3 dolar per month ART subscription can I watch all Al jazeraa channels..

Actually, the following channels are included in ART subscription:
ART Sport 1
ART Sport 2
ART Sport 3
ART Sport 4
ART Sport 5
ART Sport 6
Besides, you may watch the following sport channels as well:
JSC SPORT +1
JSC SPORT +2
JSC SPORT +3
JSC SPORT +4

The list of channels was composed a long time ago for educational purpose only. The names and content of the packages change very fast. So, you may get more detailed information on the provider web-sites.

Hello, we are expecting a new card to arrive. The old card was damaged. Freeze button is working (to freeze the subscription, users shall pay 1WMZ, if you did not know (read the forum, this option is described in detail).
As soon as the card is received and activated, you will see it on your screen. We are not going to announce DSmart any more, because it was in test mode only.

It was not planned that SkyItalia will be extracted as separate package.
Re: DigitAlb - as soon as we find out the reason why the card does not want to update (though, it was activated long time ago), you'll be able to purchase the package in the billing. It is available as a separate package but cannot be sold until the problem is resolved.
