I've seen someone mention CPH BTC as a good source, but their fees are quite high.

Scandinavian users can check out http://buybitcoin.dk/ - they list all options for them.

Hi, check your internet connection, check if your receiver enters internet. Can you watch FTA channels?
Looks like there is no connection between receiver and server.
Why are you asking your question in "Problems with payment" topic? No other place to ask? I think, this is not a problem of payment, it's a problem with your receiver internet connection.

Hi . I m  paid already 4x9dollars, but I still don t have Money in my account. Money they gone from my account, so where my Money goes? Could you check account login name  losik11 , please.

I ve chcked my online account and I ve seen there Money was gone and goes true to  Payservice Kyiv UA

No one connection detected from user tele123 for today.
1. Be sure that emulator is up and running in your receiver
2. Check if internet is available in your receiver
3. Be sure that LAN cable is connected to the receiver and router
4. Restart router
5. Be sure that in network settings of your receiver, additionally to ip address, subnetwork and gateway, nameserver (DNS) is specified correctly. Typically, it's the same ip address that gateway has. Either, add a field with DNS - 8.8.8.8
6. Compare the CS settings in your receiver with those received in the billing ("My subscription"), be sure that emulator settings have not been erased accidentally.
7. Be sure that register is correct in your login-password (smAll, cApital).
8. be sure that there is no excess spaces or symbols in your CS-data.
9. Check if your ip address is banned by the server or not. For this purpose, run command line on your PC and complete the order «ping servername». Instead of servername, specify domain name of the server. If you get the response measured in milliseconds, your ip was not banned by the server, it's OK.

Any payment system has support. Please contact the support of the payment system you used when paying and provide them with all necessary information re: your payment.
Typically, if the payment did not come to your account in 2-3 days, it will return back to your card. Then, use any other payment method available in the billing.

There are several payment systems available in the billing: TRIO, Next Pay, Interkassa, Bitcoin and Webmoney. Which particular system did you use?
Every payment system has support service of their clients. They have e-mail or live chat on their web-page. Did you contact them?
If your balance was not charged, you have to contact the payment system support and ask them where is your money. We are not payment system, we are recepients of your money, but we did not receive it. It means that  money is still with the payment system.
2-3 days is a typical period when money is returned back to your card if it did not reach the recepient.
Anyway, ask support service of the payment system you used. We have no information on your payment.

Hi. Thank you for your answer. I'm contacted my bank already,about this transactions. They told me ,money gone to  payservice UA Kiyv. We checked us well previous payments and money gone to the same service UA Kiyv. Before ,when i
I paid was everithing fine within a minute,now I loose 36 $.So what I need to do next,or give me the contact to somebody ,who will help me.I paid via system Trio with my VISA card.

Hello, i tried to add fund using interkassa as usually, but this time it was not possible, because the option to pay by VISA is missing in interkassa. I can't use Trio or Nextpay, because i don't have 3D secured card. Is it only temporary problem ? Will be possible to pay by interkassa using visa card? Or how can i pay for your services if i don't have 3d secured card or bitcoins ? I'm from Slovakia. Thanks.

Are you trying to pay via Russian page of the billing? I see Interkassa only on the Russian page.
On the English page, LiqPay is available with notification re: Interkassa.
Have you tried it?

Are you trying to pay via Russian page of the billing? I see Interkassa only on the Russian page.
On the English page, LiqPay is available with notification re: Interkassa.
Have you tried it?

Update: Interkassa and Liqpay have technical problems re: payments with common (not 3D secure) cards. You have to wait a bit when they solve their problems.
