2nd Subscription

Hi i am looking to get another box so will need another subscription do i need to create another account to purchase a 2nd subscription if so will it be the same price and the 1st one as i have a friend who has just joined and he is paying more for the same subscription as me.

Yes, you need to create another account with different username and password. The price will be same if you do not mark "Dual-login" option in the billing. The price is 50% more only in this case. If you don't need dual-login (this is for receivers with 2 tuners onboard), the price will remain the same. Thanks Suma for your reply my friend only created his account the other week and he seems to be paying more than me could there be a chance he has selected dual tuner on his setup if so how would he remove this

If he really selected dual-login when registering in the billing but does not use it, he shall cancel his subscription (send e-mail to the Moderator with request to refund). The remaining amount will be returned to his balance and he will be able to buy a new subscription using single login.
