server_312 offline?

Hi there,i am a reseller and some of my customers have said that their subscription isnt working,customers on server server_312 is offline, server_258 is online and no problems at all.Week ago there was option to change server for a user,now this option is gone.suma can you please advice me?How long will it be offline and is there a way to change server for users?thanks

Hi,
We have to study why server 312 is offline for your users, we have to check their IP.
You may send e-mail to the Moderator with IP of your offline users (moderator at cardsharing.cc) and list all IP addresses that are offline for server 312.

You can see that i cant even ping the server,and to be honest i dont know how to get IP adresses from 250 customers.

Some IP addresses can be banned (included in the banned sub-network). To unblock them, we need to know each IP address
