How will we know when the encryption is defeated?

Hi all

I've been watching this forum for months now.  I'm just waiting for my current providers contract to expire (end of month ).  I'm posting in this thread as I have an interest in some of the encrypted channels found that have dropped off due to encryption methods.

Question: What is the best way to keep on top of events and in particular when the encrypted channels will return.  Is there a news group, mailing list, ICQ that can be followed?

If you mean particular provider (for example, SkyUK), you'd better visit their own specialized forum (if any). I know for sure, that NTV+ (Russian provider) has such forum. As for other providers, use Google or visit official pages of the providers you are interested in.
