best way to pay with least comission help

want to know best way to pay without getting any nasty commission in
for example  paying for sky uk 10.40 dollars via pay pal instead of the 8 dollars
2.40 dollars in comission
liqpay account not working
is there any way of doing it like using your credit card or debit card
so that it takes 8 dollars from my account
is there any way of adding a us dollar bank account to your subscription with which you can pay without the comission
any recomendations

im struggling here to pay money
the best thing so far is webmoney it charges for 10 dollars 11.1 dollars
thats acceptable
do you know any other service which is good

well, if you like webmoney, why don't you use their service https://buywmz.com/ ?
They charge the lowest %, some users already tested it. However, you will need to open webmoney purse.
