Digital+Spain package is not guaranteed by the server and comes as a free bonus. Which new channels we are talking about, if the package is almost dead?

Sorry, I have package VIP Ultra only for the Digital+. The package is working fine inclusive of HD channels. Is it possible to include the tree new channels in the package? thanks

Thank you very much, but at the moment works anything out of the package Digital+. Before that everything was working fine on the server port of the package Satelite BG. At the moment it is not possible to reconnect to that port, as it was deleted from the server list and the port for Digital+ that was there previously is not working as well. Pls keep me updated. As you were talking about VIP Ultra package, D+Spain is available there and its port is also available.

What Satellite BG are you talking about? It was deleted a long time ago.
Currently, Digital+ is not working as we do not support the package as we would like to. That is why it is a free bonus to VIP, I told about it many times.
Never count on the VIP package only, if it containing free bonus packages.
Please remember that these free bonus packages are without any guarantee and nobody will make you refund only because Digital+ is not working.

hi, I know how does the billing system works. Package Digital+ was working on port XXX25 up to the time you have added 3 new channels fine. The port XXX25 was called as satelite BG. The port XXX23 called Digital + was not and is still not working and the port XXX25 was deleted from server list. Thanks

I notified the Moderator on the issue. Let us wait for his response. I have no access to all those billing settings, and only Moderator knows which package was assigned to each port. Maybe XXX25 port has been deleted because Satellite BG stopped to be supported, I don't know, but why Digital+ was assigned to that port? That is interesting to me too.

After card update, the package stopped decoding. It does not matter, which port it was assigned, the main thing is that the package stopped decoding at all.

Hi suma i know it's not to be relied upon but will we see this package back again at all. I noticed last week we had channels on 19.2 such as c+sport c+liga, c+ futbol etc. But now there not clearing

As for D+, I am not sure, it is not working and Moderator is trying to find out the way out. Cards are still not responding.
As for the three channels you listed, have you tried to rescan satellite?

Yes, I figured that could be one cause, I did a full rescan of 19.2 last night but still couldn't clear. I take it from your description the cards are currently down for this and this is why I cant clear them but the mod is trying to sort them out?
