MTV not working via MTV-caid 0B00

a friend called me some minutes ago regarding none of the MTV channels are working since yesterday
username Falos, package VIP-Astra, Mgcamd1.35c on Coolstream/Neutrino
server 14 and 196
via FTP connection I read out the mgstat.info-file:

where you see 13 processed ECMs for Sky Germany, 12 ECMs for HD-plus and 60 unanswered ECM requests for 0B00/MTV on both servers.
I added Dplus-Spain and Netherlands to his config so that he can see at least some channels but most MTVs not working.

On my system for example VH1-Europe is decoded by ORF-emulator/keyfile which works local, but not from the CS-server. But that is the reason for the "no matching reader" message in my logfile, because I simply disabled my keyfile-"reader" (and the cs-server for ORF/0D05 is only configured as backup on my receiver).
Does not matter, as you see: none channel decoded by MTV-caid 0B00

at least its not a problem on my receivers but for some friends, which uses Mgcamd and no keyfile for local emulation as always suggested here in the forum
On my receiver I use Oscam and a ORF/0D05 emulator via keyfile which opens all MTVs except VH1-classic. And VH1-classic gets also decoded for me with the "right" subscription (VIP-All/VIP-All Ultra) using the Skylink/0D96 card of the cs-server. OK, VH1-classic would be missing for my friend and only "VIP-Astra" subscription but all other MTVs would work, if you start sharing key 10 of the ORF/0D05 card. Until now you only share key 04 and 0C as the server shows in the Oscam settings (ident = 0D05:000004,00000C)

thanks suma, I forwarded your answer to my friends who uses Mgcamd as client (what should not require any new configuration, perhaps a reboot to reconnect so that Mgcamd get aware that key 10 is also shared. ORF/0D05 was already working before for ORF-channels, so if you have the right 10-key it should work now

no response yet - I think you know this "effect": somethings not working and the phone rings immediately but as soon as its up again you never hear again
so I tested myself and YES, all MTVs except VH1classic is decoded by the server via caid 0D05

where A.sat-ORF is the name of my Oscam proxy-reader to your cs-server

of course I added 000010 to the ident configuration (I also take a look at the billing-server: at least for VIP-Astra the provided Oscam configuration needs to be upddated, key 000010 not listed as ident for 0D05 (or remove the whole ident-line will also work)
for Mgcamd no change should be required to decode via key 10 of 0D05 as Mgcamd does not have this detailed configuration like Oscam

However: many thanks, problem solved, except VH1classic (my favorite music program *g*)

Without a subscription to ORF-package (doesnt matter if directly ordered ORF subscription or via a VIP-package) not possible to watch MTVs. In this case I think you have to wait
