Hi I am using oscam with your server but get freezing sometimes.
I have included my log.  The log looks like no errors so I don't see why I get freezing as ecm says found. This is the log at the time of freezing

Do you think, I know which channel and which package are you trying to watch from VIP ALL?
There is a lot of channels and packages included. Or, shall I find it by chance?
Did you check your statistics (connections history) in the billing? What it says?
At the moment, I do not see any connections of your receiver to the server.

It is hustler HD
I have checked my connection history and were no errors.
I am not connected at the moment that's why nothing in the connection history

If it was my internet connection would it say not found or time out in the log

Could it be my internet connection? Would that not show up in the log?

Unfortunately, I cannot sit infront of the TV set and monitor the channel within a long time. You have to understand that. If log-file and connections history do not show any violations or errors, the reason of your freezes can be whatever possible, including internet connection, image, emulator. This is your receiver and you should better know what is wrong with your equipment.

Reasons of your freezes are as follows:

You had freezes for cascading on May, 30, June 4, 5 and 7. 
You decoded 2-3 channels simultaneously. It is PROHIBITED! You have to use receiver with 2 tuners onboard and you must have dual-login in this case.
Your receiver is sending queries to the main, previous and the next channels in the list of your channels.
Moreover, on June 4 and 5, you have connected to port XXX19 from 2 receivers at once and sent different queries for each connection simultaneously.

Server gave you a warning in the form of freezes before your account is banned completely. READ THE RULES!
If you go on decoding more than 1 channel at once, or connect 2 receivers using 1 account (or use PIP option), you will be banned without warning and your account will be disabled.

That's what I want to tell you.

I wasn't aware that I was decoding more than one channel at a time.

But I have been having freezing recently can a image for the  receiver cause freezing

What I don't understand is why there is freezing as in log says ecm found wouldn't it say not found when it freezes?
