at least - it is a part of sky germany
Hello,
You are right that at least, the channel(s) are a part of sky germany. But you are not considering the Sky's policy. And the policy is to add new channel via additional payment and via changing terms of subscription of the subscriber (client). We are the Sky's client, and when the card was purchased, terms of the contract were up-to-date (at that time). Now, Sky is adding new channel(s) and the Contract shall be changed. For us, it is not a problem to pay additional money for additional channels. The problem is to change the Contract of our subscription. You have to understand that it is not just pay, add the channels and watch. It is associalted with calls (for us, calls to Sky are unwanted), re-conduct the Contract, etc. Also, you have to understand, that we are not residents, and for which purposes the card is used.
So, until the available card and available Contract with Sky is valid, we can do nothing. When the card (subscription) is expired, then we'll think how to purchase a new card and conduct a new Contract with Sky.
