Hi, I'm using VIP All service from you, all channels are working fine but I just have problem with ORF III HD + ORF Sport HD programs they are on Astra 1KR (19,2°E), Frequency 11,273 GHz they are still scrambled, can you please let me know why? Thanks...

In the billing, it is not specified that HD channels are included in the package. See other subscriptions, ex.
Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W (fin+dk)
Cyfra+ HD 13E
HD Plus (Deutschland) 19E
Polsat Cyfrowy HD 13E, etc.
In your case, HD channels are not specified, it means that they are not included.

That's strange because ORF 1 HD and ORF 2 HD are working fine. ORF channels are broadcasted from Austria and they are not a part of HD Deutschland.

Unfortunately, you have not specified which sub-package are the above channels included in.
ORF? HD Plus Deutschland? If they are from ORF package, they must not work. If from HD Plus Deutschland - they must.
Anyway, you post without signature and log-file, and provided only names of the channels and their frequency. Please read my signature and consider what I ask from the users.

The new ORF channels are still running in the test with new Chids of the newer ICE cards 0D95 for example,
Here on the server running older Cryptoworx ORF cards with CHID 0D05.
Maybe the old chid to be activated at the new station.
new orf channels in test mode CAIDs (ORF III HD):
0D98 --> ORF ICE CW mode (Typ 2?)
0650 --> ORF ICE Irdeto mode (Typ 2?)
0648 --> ORF ICE Irdeto mode
0D95 --> ORF ICE CW mode
old/active ORF channels (ORF1 HD):
0D05 --> ORF CW [used here on the server!]
0D95 --> ORF ICE CW mode
0648 --> ORF ICE Irdeto mode
1702 --> A02/S02
1833 --> Betatunnel A02/S02
09C4 --> V13
098C --> V14
0D98 --> ORF ICE CW mode (Typ 2?)
0650 --> ORF ICE Irdeto mode (Typ 2?)
