Offten frozing and temporary ban

Hi,

from today morning I got problem with sharing:

Cannels offten freezing and I got today 2nd temporary ban for reconnecting to server 10 times in 10 minutes. The IP address in ban is my.
Any idea what can be wrong?
My internet connection is stable (fibre optic 100Mb/100Mb).

Please let me know, what can I do to fix this problem. (if I it is on my side) or please try to fix if you can do it from your side.
I am using only my one router. I will also change password today.

Dont want do get permanent ban.

Same problem. Freezing all day. I tried to change server. But no change.

All of you are talking about freezes. Can anyone provide log-file? Or rules are not for you?
