Provider added a new channel but it does not work yet. It does not mean that it should work immediately. You have to know that provider takes tests before launching the channel in full. Never be in a hurry to ask for the new channel to add. Of course, it's a matter of time when it starts working. Moreover, when you see the statement that no SID filtration required for the channel, it means that, as soon as tests are successful, the channel will work by itself. There are certain packages that do not require SID filtration, but some packages require (that is why I often ask users to provide the channel SID).
Sky DE offers 2 new HD channels.
Nat Geo Wild HD

Both channels should be opened at 15th Oct but both are already open.
