any porn available on Astra1/19e ?

Because Hustler and Dorcel are no longer available via ORF-emu, some of my clients would like to subscribe to theses channels if possible, or are there any other porn channels on Astra-19e ?
In the Price list there is a package named "XXL (XXX) 19E" for 1$ per month
The satellite-box shows "13E" but the additional informations is "porno XXL 19E"
So thats why I am asking, if the name of the package or the desciption is not correct ?

Most probable that this is a mistake, we must read 13E instead of 19E (XXL channel is broadcasting from 13E)

this package include Canaal Digitaal (Netherlands) - is Dorcel and Hustler also included ? (and perhaps also Penthouse HD and Private Spice from the Canaal Digitaal package on Astra3/23,5°e ?)
The information also claim it contains Digital+ (Spain) but "no guarantee for this package" (what can I expect from that ? is it working most of the time or only around 2-3 days a month ??)
I assume Digital + wil also include all the TaquillaX - Taquilla XY porn channels ?

What about existing subscriptions which also covered by VIP-Astra ? can I freeze this single package (SkyDE, HD+ and MTV) and contact admin for refund or anything else to avoid paying double ?

You can try XXL, maybe it will be opened with our card. We share Penthouse HD from 9E only.

Dorcel is not decoded with our card any more. We have a universal card for several channels, but Dorcel made their own policy and was excluded from the subscription without any notification. The channel has stopped decoding suddenly. This is a strange policy of XXX providers to stop subscription in the mid-way offering a new card. We are against this policy and are not going to spend money for nothing any more.
As for Canaal Digitaal (Netherlands), refer to the Breaking News. There, you will find the most recent information on our updates.

All Taquillas are PPV channels, and we do not share PPV from any satellite.

More detailed answer from Moderator: XXL from 19E is available. The only channel shared from 19E. All the remaining XXX channels are so-called PPV channels, and we have to pay to view each film individually. No problem: 10EURO to activate 1 event + 5-8 EURO - to view 1 film. Agree to pay such amount?

So with an additional subscription to "XXL (XXX) 19E" I will have the french XXL-channel for 1$/month - might be acceptable for one or two of my clients

And with VIP-Astra what is 2$/month more expensive than subscription to SkyDE + HDplus + MTV, I would have Hustler from CanaalDigitaal package
You did not mention the channels PriateSprice and PenthouseHD of the CanaalDigitaal package on Astra3/23,5°e, so I assume these channels are also not included ?! is there any CanaalDigitaal-channel from Astra3/23,5°e included ? (the package information of VIP-Astra does not mention satellite position for CanaalDigitaal at all)
Regarding your reply I understand, that except XXL additional french channels like PenthouseHD, PinkX, PassXXL-Dorcel (I am not even sure about these channels but at least the name sounds like porn *g*) are not available (but I also see none of the french packages on Astra19,2°e like Csat, ABSat, or Globecast) available in the price list, you only offer frenach packages from Hotbird13°e)

I was not aware that Taquilla from Digital+Spain is PPV. I know theses channels some years ago where hacked cards or keyfiles simply open any channel of every package *g* Of course I am not interested to buy PPVs (but nice to know, that this is possible :-))

I am not sure with your answer regarding payment *g*
will I have to pay VIP-Astra in addition to the running subscriptions, or can I get a refund for the single-packages which are included in VIP-Astra ?
At least I know simmilar threads here in the forum where some users ask for refund while changing their subscription what ends in "contact admin by email" (no further information if this was "successful")

From all you want, you will get only XXL from 19E, nothing more. We do not share XXX from any other Astra sats (except for EroxHD in SkyLink).
Private Spice is coming from 13E, Penthouse HD - from 9E.
Re: payment. I told you - it's up to you. It means that I cannot offer you either ask for refund or buy any other package(s). You have to decide it by yourself. If you are reseller, you can take 3-day test (for the minimum price), check- what is available and then offer your clients (or not). But, first of all, you must be sure by yourself which channels are broadcasted and shared 100%.

sorry, but you refer to the Breaking News regarding CanaalDigitaal - I read the thread: Dorcel is mentioned as unavailable but Hustler not listed - so I expected the channel to be included in Canaal Digitaal package. But now it sounds like NOT
However as your price list give no detailed information about channels covered by your packages and of course I am not subscribing to any package "only for testing", I think its fine to ask questions regarding the packages here. I would not say "I am a reseller" but I have some friends for whom I setup a cs-account.

may I understand from your answer that you have no information how this is handled and I might try to contact admin who decide from case to case ?

but lucky me (and my clients): new 0d0510 AustriaSat-key is available again since some hours :-)) so Hustler, Dorcel, MTVs (except VH1classic) and Planet are decoded again beside the always working ORF-channels by keyfile. I waited a whole month now for a new key but of course it comes up when I did not expect it anymore and start searching for other solutions *g*

Re: refund.
This is only the Moderator who cares about this issue. I cannot be specific, because i am not aware of the procedure in particular. We only tell everybody to address the Moderator for refund. One more thing, money is never returned to the CCard, only to balance, in order for user to buy something different.
Re: CanaalDigitaal - we share it partially from 19E and partially from 23E. The package is a bonus, and not complete. So, no XXX channels are included.

I was also not aware that CanaalDigitaal is only a bonus package (this information is not provided in the price list and only mentioned especially for Digital+Spain - but would be no mistake to add this information in english!)

Regarding refunds: no problem, I should have mentioned it myself but it was already absolutly clear that refunds will only be added to the balance of my billing account
also fine telling me to contact admin for refunds *g* I can understand that you are not involved in this issue - clear written = clearly understood :-)
I will think about it, but no porn = no interest *g* 40TV is a nice music channel as I remember but beside this the channels are useless for me, I do not understand one word and then its too expensive for me

For information: the packages which cannot be purchased separately (you can see empty space instead of price) and included in VIPs are not guaranteed. It means that all of them are FREE bonus to the VIP.

so in fact only Sky Deutschland(HD)/6$, HD Plus (Deutschland)/1$, ORF/1$ and perhaps MTV+Technisat/1$ (not even sure about MTV as is says "MTV+Technisat" and not "MTV-Viacom" like the single MTV package) are guaranteed in VIP-Astra = 9$ total for single packages
To be honest in this case I do not consider 10$ for VIP-Astra as cheap, because I am used to get discounts for greater/more expensive packages
However, your prices, especially when compared to the deliverd service are absolutly acceptable, great service !
