1. If you read instructions attentively, you could see that language can be switched into English or whatever.
2. We cannot refund transaction as we did not receive your payment. If you see that balance has not been filled yet, it means that the amount was blocked on your card, but was not processed. Typically, when payment is not received, the amount will be refunded automatically to your card. So, advice - contact Interkassa support and ask them to refund.
