Freeze a subscription ?

i have given a friend a box to use for a couple of days but he says he dosnt want it, if i freeze the subscription so he can't use it will it cause any problems if it is connected till i get the box back off him ??, i was going to switch it off tonight but not sure if he will disconnect the box till tomorrow ??

Better, invite your friend to visit you and show him how it works. Don't risk.

if you are a re seller and have attached some one to your account how can you freeze subscription ?? or do you have to remove them from your account.

1. Detach user from your account.
2. Enter the billing under HIS login-password.
3. Freeze HIS subscription
4. Attach him to your account again
