Hello,
since yesterday all channels on HD+ doesnt work anymore. Sky & ORF HD works.
I've read about the finished promo, but this is not affected to VIP Astra isn't it?
In my connection History are no violations.

Ok, i tried every possible setting, but i thin this ist the problem:
seems like i have got only one subscription access (ххх02) ?!

Are you using https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=33652.0 or only CCcam or only Mgcamd?

i´m using cccam via mgcam.
Now that I have tried some settings again everything goes . I suspect that the error was in the cccam.list file but made to my suprise only after the 16th issues . I had copied the row from the CCcam.cfg file inside , made by then no problems but then ...

do you have a ignore.list file on your receiver ? (same directory as the newcamd.list-file)
check if ignore.list has a line for 1830 (I am not sure how it looks like X: 1830 or so, but does not matter: if IGNORE.list include 1830 remove the line)
restart emu or reboot box
if it does not work check if you have a priority.list file:
if it include a line for Sky caid 098C insert a line above 098c in the same format for caid 1830
should not conflict with any channel, cause any channel transmitting both HD+caid 1830 and also SkyDE caid 098c can be decoded by HD+card. And the channels which can only be decoded by SkyDE cards do not transmit ecms for caid 1830 at all *g*

Thanks for advise, but I have not mentioned lines in those files on my receiver.
On priority.list i have not any line mentioned for Sky 098C.
So, problem stay on.

do you have an HD+ subscription ?
for the last year (until 16th February) HD+ was free for SkyDE customers but this "1st years for free" has ended
since the 16th February you need a HD+ subscription from the cs-server in addition to SkyDE subscription (or a VIP package that include HD+ to see HD+channels)

I have VIP Germany subscription.
yesterday I have checked HD+ demo subscription and it does not work on my DB500HDv2

If demo subscription is not working with your DB500HDv2, why then you bought full subscription?

be fair
1st: he said its not working since 16th February (or do you see that he prolong his account afterwards ? anyway, it was already working - since HD+ was removed from SkyDE cards)
2nd: VIP Germany also include ORFs and some porn, with more than 19E reception even some other packages. So its not only Sky and HD+ which makes VIP Germany (I and my friends prefer VIP-Astra which include MTVs and all my friends receive only Astra-19e)
No priority and ignore list-file
and you have both lines in your newcamd.list for SkyDE and also an additional line for HD+ (and perhaps even more lines for the other packages included in VIP Germany ?!)
do the other packages work ? (even if you only have 19e reception ORF channels should be decoded)
perhaps take a look in the ecm.info file which should be stored in the tmp-folder as long as you are on a channel that is encrypted. There are also some additional files from mgcamd - perhaps copy the content here (but remove the servername and port from the server information)

I have subscription VIP Germany for several month. All other packages included in VIP Germany works(included ORF).

thats not much of an answer
as explaind (I believe here, or at least in a thread of this section): there has something changed, HD+ is not available via SkyDE anymore and require an extra line for HD+ (newcamd protocol) which is included in your subscription
to make it clear: HD+ of CS server works fine, its YOU/YOUR receiver which has a problem (and I am very sure that cannot depend on a misconfiguration of the server as it works for other users. If you have a line for HD+/caid 1830 is should decode HD+ channels if you get access and if you get no access with the HD+ line you would be contacted or even blocked because of rule violation *g*)
logfile or at least ecm.info file content (and perhaps of the other Mgcamd related files of the tmp-folder might help (but with modified servername and port-number of course)
