Dual tuner payment

Hello Suma.
I just initiated a subscribtion (Canal Digital Nordic 1W).
My intention was to to pay for a double-tuner suscription but I failed, such choise was not available in the purchase form.
What must I do to subscribe for a double-tuner set-up?

Hello,
Enter the billing system. From the menu to the left, select "Personal Information". Under "Type of your receiver and other technical information:", you will see "Dual Login" box. Check it.

I did that, it was checked before I initiated the purchase of the subscription, and it is still checked.
Obviously the dual log-in check had no effect on the payment value.

Come to think of it, I might already have the "dual log-in" subscription (7,5$/month), it is just not shown in the "my subscription" details.

Another thing: I read on the "News" page that new subscribors can activate on an hourly basis. Is this valid, does one dare to activate today without being banned by the server?

After you check the box, you also need to press green button.



Yes, if you are a new and just registered user, your subscription becomes active in the nearest full hour. This day is a free bonus to you from our server (gift). Though, in the billing, it is written that your subscription will start from tomorrow.

I have now activated my subscription and clear channels have turned up - everything seem to be ok here!

Hi, I'd like to ask, how many channels can I watch and record by Dual login? At the moment I have activated only single login on my old Ariva200 , but  I have also Vu+ Solo2 and after my subscription ends I'd like to buy dual login.

It is physically possible to watch ONE and to record the OTHER channel (by 1 channel each).
