Problem with sky

I have brought A five month package for Sky UK. This server is online however it isn't working. I originally had it on serv3 but I changed it now to serv2
However this is still not working, the server has a green icon next to it saying it is active and also the satellite is in the correct position so it cannot be that.
Please could someone help as I have spent a lot of money for it and I don't want this to recur for too long.
