channel 5 dm500s

i have many users with d500s using mgcamd 1.35a and the are complaining  about losing channel 5

i have tried doing a transponder scan but it still dont work

is any one else having this problem and have u managed to fix it? if so how did u do it? as this is a freeview channel so y has it dissaperaed im using open pli image
